“We've been using the cortaflex capsules for about 12 months now but this last batch is different, the packaging and the colour of the capsules has changed, our dog seems to be struggling again since we've been using them ,she was definitely better with the other version”

“Firstly, the quality of the sheepskin girth sleeve was very good indeed, and arrived in a timely manner. The problem was that there were seams all over the sleeve meaning that no matter which was it was put on there were areas where a sizeable seam would be rubbing on the horse which is exactly what I brought it to avoid.”

This is the first EVER complaint we have received regarding the KM Elite girth sleeves. I would suggest contacting them directly for advice as this is not something we have ever seen or heard before with the 1000's that have been sold.

A problem between Paypal and our website meant that this customers order was delayed. As soon as we were notified we shipped the product via courier to ensure it was there the next day. This was the customer's 7th order, despite our best efforts to fix something out of our control it was not enough. Sometimes things go wrong, we always do what we can to make things right. Sometimes it isn't enough - Sorry
