“Wrong scissors sent because website wrong picture, return call never happened. No follow up. Your company will be mentioned every time "don't touch with bargepole" regarding equine supplies.”

We supplied the wrong item, when it was reported we discovered the required scissors were no longer available in the UK, a refund was issued within 24 hours. Reading this review we have realised that the email written explaining the issue and apologising was still sitting in the drafts folder! Not our usual standard, sorry.
