“I buy our senior pony's Cortaflex from Equestrian Supplements - their price is usually the lowest and we've never had a problem with delivery. Super product too - pony still skipping around at 35!”

“Firstly, the quality of the sheepskin girth sleeve was very good indeed, and arrived in a timely manner. The problem was that there were seams all over the sleeve meaning that no matter which was it was put on there were areas where a sizeable seam would be rubbing on the horse which is exactly what I brought it to avoid.”

This is the first EVER complaint we have received regarding the KM Elite girth sleeves. I would suggest contacting them directly for advice as this is not something we have ever seen or heard before with the 1000's that have been sold.

“You need to write the ingredients on your website. When I received the product there was magnesium stearate as part of the ingredients which was not mentioned on your website. I tend not to take supplements with unnecessary additives. So my recommendation is to include all ingredients for each product.”

I am afraid it is not possible to list every ingredient as product's change and we stock several 1000 items. However we do offer a 60 day money back returns policy on all orders. Had you contacted us we could have facilitated a return for you.

“After placing my initial order for garlic I made an inquiry about cost and supply of garlic granules, was advised further stocks were due in in bigger quantities meaning better value. As I wasn't in a rush for my garlic supplies I was able to cancel the original order and wait for the new stocks to arrive, keeping me happy by saving money :) All in all; this company is quick to respond and give a very professional service.”
