A problem between Paypal and our website meant that this customers order was delayed. As soon as we were notified we shipped the product via courier to ensure it was there the next day. This was the customer's 7th order, despite our best efforts to fix something out of our control it was not enough. Sometimes things go wrong, we always do what we can to make things right. Sometimes it isn't enough - Sorry

“I have used Esup for a number of years. My main purchase is Cortaflex human, horse and until last March canine. Each of my orders has been fulfilled and delivered very speedily. My vet was always impressed with my beautiful old dogs ability to take a walk up till the very day she died. My daughter's horse uses Cortaflex and she too, although not young, is still being ridden out and enjoying her life. Me? I am the one who used Cotaflex HA and my specialist confirmed that there is nothing better to help with my arthritis and other bone and muscle problems. Well done Esup for being so reliable. Thank you.”
