“Good prompt service and delivery. It would be useful to have an ability to access discounts for quantity or larger sizes. I bought canine cortaflex which is an expensive purchase. I think I amassed some loyalty points under a previous email address and again it would eb good to know if those could be brought forward Barbara Painter”

“Generally ok. Satisfactory on-line ordering. Usually speedy delivery. Good product. My only whinge would be the £1 discount. Whether you spend £30 or £130 at a time (which I do) it's still only £1 which is derisory. I'd like to see greater discounts as the order value goes up and applied at point of order. Much easier - and fairer”

“I have dealt with Esup for quite a number of years. They are always excellent the speed with which orders are dealt with puts many other businesses to shame I have yet to have a wrong order sent and the products are exactly what they are suppose to be. I mainly buy Cortaflex; human, canine, and equine. I am into my 70's and my medics all tell me that I could not take anything better, my lovely dog was very active even though she had arthritis and was 13 - a very good age for a Labrador.; and the horse is still competing but as she is in her 20't the 3 day eventing is now out. As you can see I am a walking advert for this product and particularly for the ESup company. Thank you sorry to say that in this day and age it is not often one comes across a really efficient company that is also pleasant, and helpful.”
