“Every time I deal with Esup whether it is online or by telephone the service is just superb. I placed an order quite late at the BH weekend and I got it the following Wednesday. “Excellent price and service. We were recommended the canine ultimate oil and found it here at a good price. We received our order promptly but unfortunately it had leaked despite excellent packaging! I emailed them and received a super fast response, including them sending out another bottle of oil for us immediately. Fantastic service!”

“When I did not know which product I wanted I was helped. I felt confident with the advise I was given . On another occasion my products did not arrive in the specified time and Mr Dassey phoned me and apologised . It was lovely to hear that someone still cares about the customer .
