“Excellent customer service! I received the ring in my normal size and it was slightly too big and exchanged it for a smaller size with no issues. So would recommend sizing down from your normal ring size Beautifully done and I love the pearl shine to it! I wear it daily as I teach Pilates and can't wear my normal rings when teaching my classes as it's uncomfortable. But my Etrnl ring is super comfortable and doesn't even get dirty. Even if it does in the future, I'm sure it'll wash off. Definitely recommend to others!”

“The exchange process was so seamless! We ordered a ring but it didn’t fit, and it was super easy to swap it over. The ring looks really nice and feels good quality (despite being in not the rubber one) and my (tradie) husband isn’t worried about wearing a ring whilst working anymore. Very happy with this purchase”

“Ended up getting rings that felt a little too tight. (Didn't use the sizing guide correctly) I put in a request to get it changed over and the response was so quick and the process was so easy. The rings fit perfectly now, they are good quality, and look great. Easy to rinse off dirt/grease easily which is great, as we're both in trades, but these rings still look like new after a few weeks of hard labour. Definitely recommend.”

“I brought the stainless steel gold rectangle signet ring for my partner (size 12 (Y) ) for his birthday. I was worried about the fit as he has very big knuckles (rings are a struggle) but It was a perfect fit. I had previously order the size guide to get an idea and this tool was amazing. Very happy with how quick it all arrived, the quality and the design. Would definitely order again!”
