“The platform has many stocks etc which is great. One area I find disappointing is the speed of opening and closing trades. Often I have tried to close a trade at a good profit level only to have to wait sometimes a full minute for the button to do anything by which time my profit has disappeared. It's nothing to do with my internet connection or browser as other platforms I use work fine.”

“once the deposit was made i did not get any phone call and any pushy sales patch from your agents it to deposit more i was left to work on my own pace not like other brokers. Support is very good if i have query it gets answered quickly. Also would like to see 5min time frame in ASIA SESSIONS too plus some time i experience slowness on the binary platform i hope this improves going forward.”

“i try etx capital just for one month and finde it cool espacialy their spread i lose all the i transform the 20 £ BONUS TO 45 £ but i lose all in two minutes because of the GBP CRASH :(”

“order execution quality is very good and also good spreads.but lack of more trading platform like MT5 and live support.The mt5 has customized time frames and it is a very good function.”

“On the whole good - but I would like to see two specific enhancements: 1. All charts to retain any lines drawn on chart until specifically deleted. 2. The ability to input default parameters for a trade to speed up one click dealing (to include position size based on % risk of account size)>”

“ETXcapital is a very trustworthy broker I feel safe with my money but the are other things I'm not very happy about like it doesn't provide life chat which is a quicker way to communicate, the leverage is too low 1:200 which makes it difficult to get in to trades if you have a small account I know this is to protect clients but these other ways to clients can use to protect themselves like risking 1% or lets, at least you would get a change to take trades if leverage was 1:400.”

“No hassle transferring what was left of my account in Alpari. No hassle trading. Spread is okay-ish. Execution is sometimes slower than most people want, but still - I am not a scalper. Quite good broker.”

“ETX Capital Trader Pro is generally reliable browser-based platform for trading, fast execution and overall good screen presentation are notable. There is room for improvement in the use of basic tools such as line drawing with no storage of user defaults, eg line colour has to be set each time the tools are used. Spreads are reasonable, and communication of increased margin requirements is generally notified in advance (as in the case of Brexit). Certain features such as guaranteed stops may be added or removed without warning which can be annoying.”

“A lot improved now with more options on short term trades. Can you please allow option to be permanently logged in. It quite demanding having to log in several times especially when one has a complex password.”

“Very responsive but the screen seems to be clusted and you will need a lot of practice to find your way around {i am refering to the Trade Pro) however has more features than MT4”
