“Your support is not encouraging. No market analysis emails. Other companies (eg. Ironfx, colmex, xm) that I opened account with but never funded sends me market updates on email. There are loads of free training /webinars (not repetitive) from these companies but I haven't received any from etx. Generally, your website is user friendly but the mobile app is not very friendly. “Good points - easy to start using; good range of markets; good reportage from closed positions export and monthly report. Not so good - significant % of trade buy/sells time out, especially ones submitted from charts; charts use too much desktop and could be easier to read. Other - good selection of training webinars, but as they are all in evening I don't watch them - why can't they be stored on the website for us to watch at a convenient time?”
