“My key requirements are ease of use and low margin requirements, both of which I rate very good within your system. The reason I have not rated a 'Very Good' overall, is the need to phone each month/quarter to rollover trades. I would like there to be a method of implementing these instructions automatically within the interface, as per IG Index.”

“It is a good platform except for the fact that if your account is in deficit the printed colour of the loss is impossible to read for males who are colour blind. I have commented on this before but nothing has been done. This is an elementary error by your web designer and should be corrected asap.”

“I recently changed to the 'Traderpro' platform and which I found intuitive and easily configured to my preference. I previously used e Signal for charts which were very good however I felt unnecessarily expensive for what I required so I have started using the charts available on the platform from Ariel which are just fine and can soon be adjusted to the way I want. Haven't' found a way yet to scroll through my watch list as charts without shutting previous first but a minor detail... actually maybe I should ring and ask if it can be done. Apart from that all very good, very pleased”

“I use the Professional Trading Platform.I find it user friendly and efficient.However I believe it can be improved by adding retracement levels of 0.86 as well as extention levels of 18% ,27% and 61,8% to the fibinacci tool.”

“I entered a trade on a US stock recently where the chart price had no bearing on the bid/offer. I notified ETX of this and the data feed was reset (I believe) but with no historical data. So I was in a trade with no chart data prior to the date of entry. Not acceptable at all.”
