“More Payments Need to Be Accepted. It was a little frustrating for me at first because they did not accept the form of payment I was looking to use so it took a little longer to get everything set up than I would have liked. Customer service told me they are always adding payment options and mechanisms, so maybe in the future it will be different so for now I had to adjust.”

“I have always worried about how secure these sites were, but once I started reading about ETX Capital and then talked to customer service, I knew they were the site for me. Security is always a premium for them for deposits, withdrawals and account information, which makes me feel good about doing business with them”

“A-1 Customer Service! I am always worried whenever I have to call customer service about anything, but when I called the line they took great care of me. They answered all my questions and talked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand and follow. They will always be my top choice for spread bets.”

“Best Spread Betting! Spread betting has been the way to go for me and using ETX Capital has made it even better. “So many other sites that I have used make you slog through everything and wait for information or even worse take forever on payouts and withdrawals. But they get it right. The website is awesome, fast and easy to navigate and payouts are just the same way. The best around in my book.”

“The one problem I have with ETX is that it takes longer to withdraw my funds to my international account than I would like. I know it isn’t their entire fault, but sometimes it is 4 or 5 days before I have it, which can be frustrating...”
