“I started by attending a course at WTA on their recommendation. I had difficulty setting stop losses and asked for help. I was told to meet one of your customer service team at the London investor show and was promised a seminar by Nick and Oz by arrangement the following Tuesday at 10.00am. No-one contacted me so I phoned again and was promised that someone would again contact me. That call never came either. I did add more funds but I still lost all my funds eventually. I phoned again and discussed a further deposit of funds but after discussion and much thought I accept that I will probably not be a successful spreadbetter. I think that my present loss should be the end. I feel sorry that as I asked for help and was promised help that none was forthcoming”

“Fantastic! First of all I'd like to thank the Support staff allocated to me, he was very help full and was well presented. Also I'd like to thank The IT team that none of us actually see as Clients, as the platform is very easy and aesthetically pleasing to view. Thanks!”

“I responded to a promotional offer and opened a new account. I have to say that the platform is excellent. Being able to trade directly from charts is a real bonus and makes trading so much easier. The iphone app is equally good and helps me to keep watch on my trades.”

“I enjoy using your platform apart from one niggle I would like there to be an opportunity to roll over trades automatically if not requested otherwise, I lost out recently when I got my renewal dates wrong and a couple of trades were closed”

“I have been advised previously that I could not be contacted when my trade was closed as it was a bank holiday and there was not enough staff to contact me. This left me feeling frustrated, furious and disregarded.”

“Like the screen set up. Not happy about some of your 'stops', it seems you are more susceptible to highs and lows compared with other charts whereas I thought everyone worked off the 'real price'.”

“Just a couple of issues. 1. The charting software I have is much more price action sensitive then your bid/ask platform. Also when submitting an order ticket sometimes there are restrictions when entering the execution, stop or target price I think these 2 issues could be areas of improvement. other then that the platform works well.”

“The best spread betting broker by far. Good spreads, choice of platform including MT4 and good customer support. The educational section is also a great help to new traders. Good solid strategies from one of the few honest trader education companies. Small stakes for new traders. Regulated with the relevant authorities so your account is protected. All round a great offer - no negatives in the time I have used them.”

“The platform is very good. I notice that the chart allows traders to place and modify their trades very easily. In addition, interaction with the charts are very smooth. This is a point that I have not seen in any other platform. However, ETX should concentrate more on your "News" function as news is very important to traders. I notice recently there is a website called my.etxcapital.co.uk where lots of information can be found. ETX should spend more effort making traders aware of that website.”
