“I have used ETX for a couple of months now. I find there website easy to use and easy to navigate the charts and tools are good. The mobile app for my android is good to keep an eye on my trades. I use the iPad app also to keep a eye on trades which is also good, I would like it if on my iPad app the time frames on the charts had a 15 min time frame option like the android app does.”

“Some times, application is slow in safari browser. especially for first time logins. Request you to add favourite pane. So, that can view favourite currency pairs for binary trade. need daily news on markets and analysis”

“Whilst I am very enthusiastic about my future in trading I am extremely poor at working with computers. Just too old to be comfortable and confident with managing the browser and various aspects of the different platforms and softwares. In the main, when placing trades and making amendments I find the platform easy to use and clear. I can find whatever information I require when examining my trades e.g. when opened, when closed, entry points etc. Whenever I have had an issue I have been dealt with in a friendly and patient manner, I have been given clear instructions on how to achieve what I am trying to do and without exception have been able to proceed.”

“I find the trading tools very useful and the ability to skip between timeframes quickly. The trading platform does come under strain during times of heavy trading volume so I have learnt to use limits whilst trading.”

“My key requirements are ease of use and low margin requirements, both of which I rate very good within your system. The reason I have not rated a 'Very Good' overall, is the need to phone each month/quarter to rollover trades. I would like there to be a method of implementing these instructions automatically within the interface, as per IG Index.”

“It is a good platform except for the fact that if your account is in deficit the printed colour of the loss is impossible to read for males who are colour blind. I have commented on this before but nothing has been done. This is an elementary error by your web designer and should be corrected asap.”
