“Binary platform is great - love the experience with the countdown timer, generates good dose of adrenaline. Excellent flexibility on time as well with 30, 60, 120s periods. Very helpful and personal support from customer manager. Excellent - would recommend to anyone as much easier to use than my IG account.”

“A visually easy to use platform with fast execution. 1st year of trading no problems or issues or slippage. Education - good on-going seminars, webinars (for those not in London). ETX were recommended to me and I have recommended to others, which you wouldn't do if you weren't happy with your broker / trading platform.”

“I enjoy trading with ETX, expecially the trade through charts. Though I always say you can judge a company best when things don't go quite so well, and when my trade had a glitch, calling up ETX was fast and they quickly remedied the situation, no questions asked. Very good platform, very good servie.”

“Charts could be better on an I pad, allowing lines etc to be used Commission and overnight charges are complicated as there is no standard rule that I have worked out easy to place trade orders and mobile apps are good to monitor live trades when running”

“I have found that over the last few years that the customer service has been brilliant. The safety of my investments is good the interventions on my sometimes exposed risks has protected me from getting into debt especially when I have not put on stops and the market has moved suddenly. The information using the platform tools is good although for me a bit too technical. The video explanation that are on the site help a lot and I feel valued as a customer. I have advised friends that using this company is a fun and enjoyable way to be involved in the stock markets and the only thing that could make it better still is if there was a customer open forum where we could share information and gain more insights on trading.”

“The TraderPro platform is nearly very good, but unfortunately its lack of historic data is the primary cause of my dissatisfaction. What I need is more data, especially on the smaller timeframes. The 5 minute to 30 minute timeframe only offers 2 weeks of data, which is very poor. And the slightly larger timeframes 60M to 240M only offer 4 months. The forex futures is even worse: the daily and weekly only offer 5 months of data. This is simply too poor to consider using. Otherwise the user interface is a pleasure to use.”

“I trade with ETX on the MT4 platform. At the moment I only trade small amounts to test the performance of the platform/broker, before committing serious money. To date, I am very impressed with the stability of the system, and at the moment no slippage. This is the single biggest reason for a trader rejecting a broker, in my opinion, and this will be tested with larger lots over the coming weeks, but, so far, so good. If I can trade with no/little slippage of orders, I will be closing down other brokerage accounts and transferring funds to ETX. Happy trading. Happy to discuss any matters. Ray Zerafa”

“Trading platform on PC easy to use and I find to be quite intuitive. Fast response times. Only issue is with the iPhone app where I can't seem to close a trade although i can do almost everything else. Overall a good experience.”
