“Order was listed to ship within 3-6 days. This would have gotten me the parts when I needed them, so I was okay paying the shipping charge despite it being as much as the parts themselves.
On the 5th day, I followed up as I had not received any tracking information and was told that the items would now be arriving at their warehouse and ship out on what would be the 7th day - this made my repair timeline a bit tighter than I had hoped but was still doable, so fine one extra day.
The 7th day comes and goes, no update. I contact them on the 8th day and am told that the parts arrived at their warehouse that morning and would ship out that day - okay, fine, this is the last possible day I could make this repair on time.
The rest of the 8th day (Thursday) comes and goes, no update. I contact them yet again on the 9th day asking for tracking info and a few hours later receive an automated email when they print the waybill to ship it out. This is now Friday and the earliest I will get the parts is Monday, so the timeline is toast.
No further actual response from the company after this, no apology for continuing to mislead me regarding the timeline.
I got the parts, they were what I wanted, so I gave them two stars. The shipping costs and service are rough though, so don’t order if you are in a rush to get your car back on the road.”
“Called about a product that needed sourcing from supplier. Got a definitive response and timeline that was reasonable. Pricing is competitive and nice to not pay import fees. The one thing is the shipping, though likely not much can be done, the packaging was rather large for such small parts which could create higher shipping costs for customers, the high threshold for free shipping can be a hurdle and could steer buyers elsewhere in some cases. That said I’ll certainly be looking here in the future if I need something.”

“I purchased set of ZIZA MK7.5 headlights with red stripe through eurosport tuning. Due to delay in shipping and back order, took a bit longer to receive it. Upon receiving, Tyler was very kind and got me booked for professional instalation at their shop. Headlights look sooo much better live than on the picture. I was very happy to be able to get a product I was looking for a long time. It took approx 2 hours for instalation. Guys at the shop were very friendly and helpful. Upon installation, due to some hardware issues that the lights itself had, I returned to the shop for them to check it out. They had me booked in no time. The issue is still being resolved, but the team is working very hard on finding the best possible solution in this case. I am very pleased with the shop and what they have to offer. I would definitelly recommend eurosport tuning to everyone that would like to upgrade their vehicles. I am most definitelly going back in the future for some more upgrades 👍”
