“Order was listed to ship within 3-6 days. This would have gotten me the parts when I needed them, so I was okay paying the shipping charge despite it being as much as the parts themselves.
On the 5th day, I followed up as I had not received any tracking information and was told that the items would now be arriving at their warehouse and ship out on what would be the 7th day - this made my repair timeline a bit tighter than I had hoped but was still doable, so fine one extra day.
The 7th day comes and goes, no update. I contact them on the 8th day and am told that the parts arrived at their warehouse that morning and would ship out that day - okay, fine, this is the last possible day I could make this repair on time.
The rest of the 8th day (Thursday) comes and goes, no update. I contact them yet again on the 9th day asking for tracking info and a few hours later receive an automated email when they print the waybill to ship it out. This is now Friday and the earliest I will get the parts is Monday, so the timeline is toast.
No further actual response from the company after this, no apology for continuing to mislead me regarding the timeline.
I got the parts, they were what I wanted, so I gave them two stars. The shipping costs and service are rough though, so don’t order if you are in a rush to get your car back on the road.”
“Cheap! This is what I get for not using OEM parts. The grille looks super cheap. Only some of the nuts to connect the grill were the proper size. This grille is going in the trash!”
“Parts were shown as in stock, but they were not. Parts did not ship to me until over 2 weeks of waiting, and another week for delivery to my house. Next time will order directly from part manufacturer.”
