“Wrong product was sent to me. I ordered the SP1048813F on your website, expecting the seat pad with back pad + seat pad. but what I got is just the back pad with an opening. somehow you got the part # wrong? the other website showing the item that you sent me is actually SP1048814F, instead of SP1048813F”
