This establishment is the worst I have… This establishment is the worst I have ever encountered—scammers! Do not waste your time, energy, or money with Eurochange. I contacted the branch to inquire about the documentation required for a five-digit amount—only an ID was the response. However, upon arrival, they request two forms of ID. Additionally, they ask for proof of the source of the funds, yet they cannot specify which documents are necessary. When I presented my P60, it was deemed insufficient... I do not wish to elaborate further. Regarding the inquiry about the rate, they are unable to provide a better offer as it is already quite low. When you are saying farewell, they respond with a request to reconsider, stating they will check, and subsequently, they propose to match the online rate.

I highly recommend avoiding this regrettable company. They acted swiftly to scam me; I made a withdrawal request over a month ago, and they assured me it was processed, only to learn it had not been. I put a significant amount of money into them, mostly hoping to earn big returns on my cryptocurrency investments, but everything went wrong since they are skilled fraudsters, and I didn't suspect anything until I attempted to withdraw my money.Losing money that you have invested tirelessly is the worst feeling in the world. When I tried to withdraw my earnings, something went wrong. After I paid for the withdrawal and asked for more, I became enraged when they demanded more. Eurochange has inconvienent me with there faulty card machine, that i loss my time and they do not want to take responsiblity for there errors. The customer service is horrible, doing business with them is at your own risk, because when things go wrong they fail to hold themself accountable and responsible.

Ordered £200 worth of Egption pounds in store and got 5750 egyption pounds at a exchange rate of 28.77 was not advised that we could have ordered on line and got a much higher exchange rate and would have recieved 1200 extra Egyption pounds. It cost us approx £45 for this transaction in store a near 25% charge is disgusting.

Beware - You will only get buy back, at the rate you paid, for the first 30% of the amount of travel money you purchased. This was not pointed out to me at the time of purchase.

If you need a reliable delivery of foriegn exchange then this is not your best bet - let us down badly - they called at 4.50pm on a Friday to say our currency would not be available after all for next day delivery but 4 days later (despite taking the order, shipping fee and £900) - and that our refund would take 5 days to arrive leaving us not only short of cash for our trip, but without a refund to source currency from a more reputable source. Very unhelpful and not able to resolve their currency shortage issue. Suggested we take a 3 hour round trip to Bath on Saturday to get our refund (but not the currency - that would not be available still). Accounts department had gone home supposedly at 4.45pm so no-one available to refund us until Monday despite not being able to deliver - off to South America with no currency now ... cheers

Awful!! Visited and was told staff was on a break, waited thinking other members of staff would serve me but was rudely told a second time '' I told you we were on a break" no apology and information on when they were going to be serving again just rude customer service. If you do insist on closing for a "CIG" as one staff member said they needed! Then at least lock your store and put a sign up instead of talking to customers like something you've stood on. New store in Wakefield won't last long if your staff have anything to do with it! Went to One World Travel and ended up with a better rate anyway.
