All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 123,999 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th April again and it was declined by Investmarkets. “Have been to the local branch multiple times. Don’t particularly like waiting outside especially when it’s raining. So thought I’d order online to save queuing time and petrol as I didn’t need the items urgently. Order was for 3 items. Items arrived a few days later but 1 item was delivered completely incorrectly. Ordered a bulb, but an oil filter was delivered. Not even close Europarts !!!! So I had to drive to the branch, queue and explain to the assistant there error and prove with the paperwork that it was there mistake. Assistant was apologetic and that helped. Europarts please sort your poor online delivery out. !!!!”
