“Have been to the local branch multiple times. Don’t particularly like waiting outside especially when it’s raining. So thought I’d order online to save queuing time and petrol as I didn’t need the items urgently. Order was for 3 items. Items arrived a few days later but 1 item was delivered completely incorrectly. Ordered a bulb, but an oil filter was delivered. Not even close Europarts !!!! So I had to drive to the branch, queue and explain to the assistant there error and prove with the paperwork that it was there mistake. Assistant was apologetic and that helped. Europarts please sort your poor online delivery out. !!!!”

Emailed customer services and heard nothing back. It’s been two weeks.

“I ordered my parts on the weekend 11days ago and they have only just turned up. My dad ordered parts a few days ago they turn up same day. Apparently if you order on the weekend head office (london) sort it and DHL deliver it. My branch couldn't tell me where my parcel was, I emailed head office 3 days ago, no reply, and they wouldnt answer there phone. Wont be ordering at the weekend again!!!”
