Having very poor results. Often my rubbish dialup - that I'm glad I hung on to - is noticebly faster! To be fair to Europasat I've been unable to devote any real time to sorting it out but I currently have a support ticket open so we'll see but for these first 9 months or so it has been a massive mistake!

Spreed not any thing like it should have been. Data usage now found to be in accurate since using traditional method.......

I am bitterly disappointed with the atrocious broadband speeds I am experiencing every evening - I did not expect this from a satellite solution !! The equipment has been tested and is fine - it appears that you cannot service the demand properly. I am aware there are changes being made - they need to be made urgently as the speeds are not better than received from BT and that is saying something in the village in which I live. I really feel I am paying for what should be far better and not getting it !

Collection of the hardware is not part of the cancellation procedure unless pre arranged. I am trying to get in touch with you to give you my credit card details, but not having much luck.When I put in my email address you say this is incorrect, but you are managing to keep Emailing me to ask for the above.Please advise.

HI Vera. Thanks for taking the time to respond to our survey. We are pleased that you are happy with the satellite broadband system. I have reset the password on your Client Portal and have emailed this through to you. You can log on to the Portal and add new card details in the My Details section of your Portal. Alternatively, we are available to take card details over the phone - 01869 356166. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Kind Regards The Europasat team

We are still not at all happy with our install. our broadband is virtually unusable - I am unable to stream music or TV as the service is so intermittent, yet each time I telephone, I am told that I am receiving 15 mgb of speed. My IT consultant has stated after running his own tests that we are lucky to be receiving 2 mgb at times.

HI Marie. Thanks for taking the time to respond to our survey. Have you explained the internal wireless networking that you have as it sounds as if this may be the issue if you are receiving speeds of 15Mb. The Technical Team can also explain to your consultant the difference between satellite broadband and ADSL broadband and the use of standard speed tests. "You have recently purchased.." It was over a year ago. And furthermore, the helpdesk treat you like an imbecile and don's bother to determine your knowledge or skill level. If there was a viable option for net access, I would take it like a shot.
