""Shambles - speed is no where need advertised (lucky if you get 7mb offpeak) - online chat does not work - they just cut you off - calling them up even worse - they pick up then cut you off, pick up and transfer you onto another wait or just never pick up - if you can avoid them, do yourslef a favour and find another provider. I'd love to know who's leaving all these 5 star reviews.

1 star as the option for zero stars is unavailable. Consistently lower than than 0.5MB/s never had more than 1.5MB/s EVER despite an up to 20MB/s taffif - frankly your service is a joke

Very, very poor customer service. Support tickets are raised and go completely un-answered, and now they have removed the facility to even do this. No one calls back when they promise, and if you call them, no one is available to deal with your specific enquiry so the only option is to wait for another call back, which you know isn't going to happen. This seems to be a company that knows people only chose them because the normal, copper or fibre options aren't available, and so don't really care about actually looking after customers, as they know the customers have no choice. Dealing with them is an utterly horrible experience which i wouldn't willingly subject anyone to.

An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE of a company. Sitting at 0.01 mbps speed and 'Kim' - 'manager' says there is absolutely nothing she can do nor the team. I would strongly advise anyone to not go near this shambles of a company - they have conned me out of so much money with promising me with increased speed with purchasing additional equipment. I have never ever ever in my life seen such horrific customer service and non existent aftercare support. GUYS - please pay HEED - stay clear of this bunch of cowboys!

Frankly I think you service is the great pile of POO I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. I have Freeview on the same satellite dish and I have ZERO channels when the sky is grey. The WiFI (purchased this service as Orange were so bad) is almost unusable when more than one is on it. It is abysmally bad and I would not recommend your service to ANYONE.....like I said, I might as well be on a modem. SHocking.....I would recommend that NOBODY BUY YOUR SERVICE and frankly I do bot see you doing ANYTHING to improve this. I bitterly resent paying for this and thee monthly bills that arrive.

The Saga Continues with this company !!!!!! Pulling my hair out - what's left of it. They take money out of your account without authority and for no reason, once you leave them they continue to do this and when promising refunds don't pay them !!!! I have email confirmation from the 6th Dec 'I have also arranged a refund of £169.98 which 1 have escalated to one of the Direct to get this actioned asap for you' from Heather, all seemed well and she was very nice and sorry for all the stress, etc. etc. On the 11th Dec I get £89.99 paid into my account, no explanation where the other £79.99 is and after numerous emails still no reply or response !!!! I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, worst thing ever getting involved with them - nightmare!!!!

This company is horrific!! Please do not place your trust in this company being able to provide you with internet. Living out in the country, we are limited as to which internet providers we can use thinking we had found the answer with satellite broadband. Originally avonline, they seem to have been taken over by europasat recently and the service has gone out of the window. We have been without internet since the 1st December, sent parts to fit ourselves which hasn't done anything, had an engineer out who couldn't figure out what was wrong and then nothing. No call backs when promised someone would, no investigation in to why we are without internet as promised and no cares as to providing the service we are paying for. They advise on the message played whilst on hold for 20-30 minutes each time that they offer fast broadband for any company... don't believe their lies!! We have this for our small business and it is really starting to impact us now. All we get when we ring up is being passed from department to department, followed by a clueless engineer or customer service representative who have no idea what is going on with our service, why this hasn't been escalated when we go through all the details and still no solution. Don't waste your time!!

I have been with Europasat since 2013, at which point they seemed to have an appropriate number of staff for the customer base. Since then, it has been downhill all the way - I have no idea how many days of my life have been spent listening to their hold message and, when you do get through it appears that most of the staff are either new or clueless. Europasat are simply resellers for the AstraConnect service and do not offer any kind of value-add, just a complete lack of customer service. Time to start looking elsewhere...

Absolute nightmare company - satellite broadband was installed which was promised to be much better than my existing provider- turned out to be very slow and had difficulty even normal browsing. No problem, got them to remove the system as it had been miss-sold and they would refund my costs / monthly fees. Spoke to Phillip, customer services manager who promised to resolve the refund and cancel my account. What happens next ? They take another payment out of my bank account !!!! I was livid - I was now paying for services I had cancelled - weeks later I have still not received any refunds at all and unbelievably they have sent me another invoice for this month !!!!!!!! Be very careful as my payments are not direct debit they are a card authorisation and they just carry on taking money as they feel fit ! and the bank says they can't guarantee they stop this payment even though I have requested they don't allow it to be taken from my account !! Doesn't seem like they can stop accounts as I have contacted them on many occasions and they still after all this time are requesting money !!!! Steer clear of this company !!

Had a system installed two weeks ago, very slow, even slower than my talk talk service which is miles from the exchange, spent over 3 hrs on the phone waiting for someone to answer at different times, took £90 out of my account for a 'service charge' which they couldn't explain - still waiting for a refund, their technical team told us they would talk to the satellite provider to turn our signal up !! - guessing that's NASA ! Got them to remove the system yesterday, All in all a bad experience , the 1 star is for the staff who are very nice when you can eventually get through to them.

Still since June this year I have no proper internet I did speak to Alex who said that it would be put right new dish installed September 1st and New router ASUS but still no WiFi even to this day it’s now Nov 6th spoke to mr Robert Bruce from accounts because they want payment mr Bruce said he will sort it out but it’s stull not sorted out still waiting for Alex to contact me what an awful company I can never reccomend it I amarDio presents for 2ndcityradio.net this will now be my topic of conversation for my show tomorrow

Only reason they get one star is because I had to click a star to leave a review. DO NOT sign up with Europasat. Signed up with them in June 2017 took the engineer a whole day to install the equipment with him moaning about how it should only take an hour. Since day one we have had massive issues with data, I use it for checking email and facebook NOTHING ELSE! but apparently according to Europasat I am using over 500MB data in two hours!! This company is a complete joke. Cannot get to speak with anyone from customer service and IT support just send a list of numbers for the data usage which tells me nothing. Do yourself a favour and go else where.

I would like to give everyone a good advice : Look for companies who at least pretend (or actually do) give service. Europasat is technically average. Administration wise a disaster. GBs disapearing without being on line. Boosters are not activated. Boosters price and life time changed without notice. New (??! one year old) website does not give details of tickets, it's even not possible to make one. My system and support are no longer on the website as this is no longer available for sales, so if I need to check my consumption or other details forget it. Promisses, o ya a lot answers or solutions No. Customer service (Phillip Legge) silences when a (difficult) question is put on the table. Contracts (Kate Bellamy) prefers to handle each mail you sent as the first she sees from you, so answers??

This company took over Avonline !!!!! They were not good !!! this company is worse !!!!!! Don't use at all !!!!!!! Go for a 3 home wifi on 4G get 40Gig for £20.00 per month and loads faster than what they promise, and a good back up when setting up. Also if you travel in Europe and other country's you can take it plug it in and still use the allowance at no extra cost!!!!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!

This company have taken over Avonline satalite company a few months ago, Avonline were bad but this company is even worse. Pay £86.00 per month and last week my system went down and believe it or not they or the satalite Avanti can not solve the problem !!!!!!!!! What chance have I got !!!!!!!!!. No customer service that works, Online chat don't work , Emails don't get awnsersd, Technical is none existent. If you are thinking about satalite internet 100 0/0 don't use this company. You will get more sense out of the clowns at the Circus .

Do not choose europasat if you have any other option, We pay €89 per month for almost no service its so slow, but we are caught by the fact that we are in a black spot for internet provision. I have recorded and timed occasions when I waited 50 mins to get through to eupopasat technitians, on one occasion I waited and was cut off after 30 mins, it at least 10mins to Customer service but no problem getting through to sales. There are no call backs, no solutions , no advise, its not their problem once it is installed and they run a test!!! and if that looks good to them then its put up with it. I have been advised that they are working on faster sattalite. Its soul destroying and frustrating that we are so dependant on this company to have any sort of broadband and internet in this day and age

I was waiting 10 mins to talk to a sales person, yes a sales person. then got through to Customer services. Mike wasnt at his desk!!! what just one person on sales!!!! As i was hanging on the line decided to check reviews run by the website and please dont be misled by the STARS **** 4 and 5 stars mean nothing and its extremely misleading. I was reading the messages on the 4 stars and people were saying yes ok service but the download is not what i was promised, called many times, service is poor, no reply to emails, money taken when major issues are there. I am not even a customer yet and i think the company is deliberately manipulating their score. Read the review and it will put you off it did me

When I call, no answer When I email, no answer When I raise a case, no answer. Site is broken, cannot buy a volume booster. No one has called me. Will be leaving asap.

I have been trying to get the attention of this company for two weeks. Must have called 20 times and held on more than half hour. Got through once to sales but promises not carried through. Emails ignored. My service is down. The portal is down and nobody is listening. I’m leaving europasat aka Big blu and recommend anyone who can to do same. This company is not fit to trade.
