Excellent assistance when required. Local contact in Alicante area always available. Pity it's expensive to relocate hardware.

Generally good but Netflix films freeze the picture frequently until I move the mouse. This does not happen with any other film site.

It works very well overall but can be a little slow at times. I would use it again in another location where landline broadband is poor

The system works well once we got it up and running after a few teething problems. We had to guess at the usage level at the start and are probably on the wrong package now. I was offered one for £50 a month and double the volume for another £10. I wish I had taken that up now instead, but a higher usage package now seems to be much more expensive. I've found it impenetrable to work out who to speak to about this to get any answer other than it will cost a lot more to increase the volume now.

We have had this system in for over a year now and it has worked very well although am disappointed with the limited data for nine months of the year I don't use allotted data but that's all lost a d then for 3 months I ha e to pay to reset so because of this I will swap back k as soon as i can

Hi John Thanks for taking the time to respond to our survey. As you own the hardware, the minimum connection period is two months. You can disconnect for the nine months (with a thirty day notice period) that you do not use the system and reconnect when you do want to use the system. There would be a £29.99 reconnection. Very good service and feedback, but I won't give it 5 star as I think it's a bit expensive and in my part of Italy I often don't get the required bandwidth (only a third) thus not make it value for money!

Satellite will be more expensive that standard ADSL broadband due to the amount of funding that has been ploughed into the new Technology. Europasat met my needs quickly and efficiently and with little fuss or paperwork. You can ring them up and get sensible people on the line quickly who will help you. Overall, a very good service.

Upgraded recently, as always running short of band. The volume booster system is too expensive to have to keep using. Upgraded easily and quickly. Fingers crossed the upgrade will be better !

Generally service has been good, System was installed on time and has worked fine. The Europasat website (not the customer portal) is a bit chaotic and tends to goes round and round in circles and the website did not say that the Mole Valley Farmers offer could only be done by phone, not online. The live chat facility on the website is useful and I got prompt responses.

As a client of Tooway Direct in Spain I have so far found the service they offer (satellite internet connection) as good as they say it is - internet connection fast enough to cope perfectly well with video. The price is for me perfectly acceptable, given that I cannot get a landline installed. I have had technical issues a couple of times over the last 3 - 4 years and they have been resolved quickly by the very helpful local agents; I have never suffered a significant break in service. Overall I have no complaints about the service I am paying for and would happily recommend it to anyone whose circumstances suggest it is a possible solution for them.

Service is very good and reliable. Provides much faster internet access than is available from local wired connections, although the transmission lag can be noticeable. The speed boost more than compensates for this and not really an issue when streaming. The only downside - and the reason for four rather than five stars - is that finding local installers can be difficult. Because of our location and planning restrictions none of the standard install options worked for us, so we needed the self-install option. You'll need to make sure that you've identified a good, knowledgeable local installer before proceeding. Most are 'Sky' only and this can faze the majority.

Having had EuropaSat for 3 years so we feel that we have not bought the product recently, we also feel the product could be cheaper for customers who are using the product over a good long period of time and are loyal customers. D Harrison

The system was easy to install and set up which is always a bonus. In operation there is a lag between sending a request and the data starting to flow. It is slight but noticable. It can be affected by weather and sometimes the modem locks up, requiring a reset but this is easily done and having spoken to people using a land-line connection, they experience the same problems. Overall we are very pleased with Europasat, backup has been good for the last three years and the cost the service has gone down as the data allowance has gone up. We have recommended the system to others and no one has come back with any complaints

Although the reception and speed are very good, I (along with others) find it very hard to believe 10Gb is 10 Gb as it would be gone in one day if I didn't switch the router off for most of the day when my family of 4 visit. It uses 4Gb just to update my Garmin Sat Maps.

The process of placing order for equipment, installation, set-up and initial connection was very smooth and no real problems. The service has proven reliable with the odd very brief outage. The recent attack on the main Italian site was unfortunate and I hope that more security has been put in place. The inevitable latency of a satellite system/service may pose some problems in the future and should be kept to an absolute theoretical minimum. A bonus scheme whereby existing customers are awarded more download bandwidth as reward for loyalty over time up to a max of say 40 Gb could be considered to increase following. F. Guerrini
