Appalling customer service! I have sent 6 emails since the 16th of May 2023 (now 24 July 2023) to customer.

I was told three things: that I would only be charged for the smaller car, that they would be in contact to provide me with a larger car, and that they would escalate the complaint to customer service in pursuit of a further partial refund.
