"The French have so many things to be proud of. The Eurotunnel on the French side is most certainly not one of them. It is a shambles, disorganised and there are always delays of their trains of at least a couple of hours. It is freezing outside (-4C) cars have been queeing with their engines on all the time as it is inevitable. Shame on you the euro tunnel!"
