“The name says it all: we will absolutely order from Wholesale Event Solutions again! We had to expedite an order, and Kim was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She hopped on a call and followed up with emails—communication was seamless. AI is a powerful tool, but sometimes you just need to speak to a human to ensure everything will be a success. “I had THE BEST and OVERWHELMINGLY positive experience with Wholesale Event Solutions ! I would recommend them to anyone seeking a top quality product AND follow up service. A few of the glass vases arrived damaged and they emailed me back, called me personally AND shipped new replacement vases via express delivery at no cost! “I ordered the ostrich feather centerpieces and they were gorgeous!! My guests were so impressed with the quality. At first I was skeptical of purchasing from a website I had never heard of before, but I did some research to confirm it was legit and I could not have been happier!! The customer service from Kristy was top notch. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order.
