I love my technician but unfortunately my crows feet injection have caused a lymphatic drain issue so I have bags under my eyes. I'm hopeful it'll subside soon but I'm so embarrassed by how baggy my eyes look now.

My salesperson/nurse suggested botox, I told her how the last time I tried it over five years ago, it made my eyelids droop, and I was worried that would happen again. She said she would go "light." And yes, my eyelids are now resting on top of my eyelashes, not a look I want. A week later, they are still drooping. I would have appreciated a really thoughtful consultation. Now I know I'm dealing with a sales team, not a medical team. The Clear & Brillant Laser facial I like, but it's overshadowed by my eyelids drooping on my face; it's not a net plus.

Booked my first appointment for a consultation and one area of botox/wrinkle relaxer with Ever Body that I booked with a promo code. Having had this treatment before at dermatologists' offices I knew what the treatment entailed but since this was my first visit to Ever Body did not know how they operated and expected the nurse practitioner to walk me through it. Instead of walking me through it she was too busy talking to a staff member who was shadowing her in the room nor was I asked permission by the nurse practitioner if it would be alright to have another staff member in the room for her to train as she was performing my treatment. Because of this it seemed the nurse practitioner was doing too many tasks too busy talking to the staff member that she did not inform me that other parts of my face counted as additional areas. When it was all over I found out she had done two extra areas and I was being charged for it!! The front desk was able to resolve the situation so I paid for just one area but was not still not happy about it. Felt "baited and switched" on my first Ever Body appointment nor did I receive a consultation that I booked with the appointment.

I had a lot of breakouts post hydra facial. I asked to purchase a package via text but no one ever called to follow up to get the purchase but I’m pretty glad I didn’t get it since I broke out so bad after. Thank you!

Great experience but the results were not as good as my dermatologist's Hydrafacial.

My visit was good and my face felt/looked softer afterwards, but for the price I think next time I will go to a real spa. During the 12 minutes I was under a LED light it would have been nice to be offered a hand/foot massage, or something to that effect. I also expected manual extractions for the price, and extra serums are nice but not worth the price.

Pricing is absolutely absurd.

sadly I have two bruises which I know can happen and which are finally fading now after a week. Also one of my eyebrows is higher than the other now - I am waiting to see if it settles, otherwise i'll come back in I guess

I went in for a consult for TruSculpt. I didn’t find it to be that helpful. More of a sales pitch than anything else. For example, when I asked what the side effects were or if there was anything to be concerned about, she said “nope. Zero.” We know that’s not true. I would have appreciated her being more informative rather than focused on upselling me for the bigger package.

I got a Clear and Brilliant Facial. I've had over half a dozen of those the past 3 years. The numbing was excellent-- which I appreciated because I had one facial in the past where the numbing wore off during the facial-- and it was really painful. She made sure I was thoroughly numb this time. That said, this particular facial was a little different than past ones I've had because the aesthetician only lightly went over my face once with the laser. I thought that was odd as for past appointments, the provider always went over my face multiple times-- equally in all places. This one did not. Then, my face never experienced the "sandpaper effect" the following week, where the skin lightly sheds. Here I am over a week out, and my face still has not done that. I feel a little disappointed-- either the facial was a waste of time, or my skin is doing ok so she didn't have to do as much? I'm confused and I wish it was explained to me. I like this type of facial, and it's expensive, so I save my money to treat myself every 4-6 months. But this one was a little bit of a let-down. But this one experience isn't indicative of my overall experience at Everbody.

I do like Ever/Body. But my last two visits were disappointing. On December 30, 2021, I had Morpheous8. I am convinced the machine was not working properly. I didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure and my face DID NOT GET RED at all. Even the practitioner was surprised that I didn't get red. She said she has never seen that before -- everybody gets beet red! I was reassured that the machine was working fine. Six weeks later I had the same procedure somewhere else I got beet red -- a sign the machine was working. I believe I should be credited at least 50% for the failed M8 procedure if not given a free do-over. The procedure is insanely expensive and my experience was documented with your team. I reached out to the team there and did not get a satisfying response. My last visit last week was fine but I got a HUGE BLACK eye from the plasma injections. A freezing cold ice pack would have eased the bruising but instead, I was given a barely chilled ice pack. Next time I will bring my own ice packs. It takes me roughly an hour to get back home on the subway. Having a freezing ice pack again would have eased the bruising. I seriously look like someone punched me in the face. I sent your team photos.

Everyone at Ever/Body is really nice, but the attention to detail is lacking. I was given prescription Dapsone after my first Clear + Brilliant facial. The leaflet with aftercare instructions that I was emailed had the wrong ingredients. I still knew I was supposed to apply dapsone once a day, but I emailed to ask if I could have the correct leaflet sent to me for Dapsone. I included a picture of my prescription bottle with the ingredients written out. No one responded to my email. A month later, I came in for my next appointment and I told the front desk attendant about the leaflet issue. She said she’d have to ask her manager for help on it. She responded to me a few days later and said that the leaflet that was emailed to me was correct. I had to literally send her a picture of the prescription bottle that says “DAPSONE, NIACINAMIDE” and a screenshot of my emailed leaflet that says “HYALIRONIC ACID, NIACINAMIDE, TRETINOIN” to prove that the leaflet was incorrect. At this point, I don’t care that much about getting the right leaflet, but I’m worried about the attention to detail at Ever/Body. If I hadn’t bought multiple Clear + Brilliant laser sessions, I would probably consider going elsewhere. For what it’s worth, right after ny first treatment, I referred my best friend, and she had a facial and loved it.

This is my second time doing Botox. It’s been a week now and I am noticing that the areas where it was injected were not measured well. I see some places looking Imbalanced and one eyebrow totally higher. Waiting for another week to pass before I check

The experience was wonderful, my results were not. I unfortunately bruised terribly and am still bruised 8 days later. I would like to book other services and get a facial, I think I’ll avoid Botox going forward.

My most recent visit was subpar. My technician was nice but wasn’t em very thorough and I felt like I didn’t get a good facial for what I paid.
