it was a lovely experience- the receptionist was a doll, the esthetician was so kind and sweet however, i did not feel like it was good- my skin didnt look ANY different after and my skin has only gotten worse since. I’m very sad with my results.

I usually do two areas of Botox and opted for one this time. I was given significantly less units in that area than I would normally get, so when I called for a touch up appointment, I was told I would have to pay $15 for any additional units. Two weeks later from spending $300 on my forehead, I still have visible wrinkles across my forehead, along with weird movements above my eyebrows, but I have to pay more to fix it. Wild business practice. Will not be returning.

2nd visit with E/B. Like the salon and the obvious professionalism present … BUT I had a different tech each time and both times they used more product than my prior provider (at least at my 2nd visit I insisted they use less) but they both also also insisted on going further out on my forehead than before and now my eyes are noticeably hooded. Ugh. I hope it wears off in the next 10-12 weeks and I get my eye lids back.

Had a long wait time. The injector nurse made me feel like she wasn’t very confident in making recommendations and her style while injecting felt a bit panicky. I was bleeding a bit and she kept applying alcohol to my lips and wiping almost every second. I always bleed and no injector in the past has drenched me with alcohol for the full session. She seemed to lack experience. The staff was also in experienced when checking me out. She told me to use aquaphor if my lips get dry and that’s it. She also did not know what alastin was. I will continue going to ever/body but only to the soho location with a known injector

I like Ever/Body and I usually go to the specific location in NYC. I decided to give the UWS (NYC) location a try because it's closer to my home and the reviews are (mostly) positive. The front desk and aesthetician are very nice. The aesthetician did a good job overall; though she was rough with my sensitive skin at times (but I am a trooper). HOWEVER, I was upsold without my agreement. I already have a prepaid package which I have been gradually using. They added an extra add-on to my usual treatment and charged me at extra the end. It defeats the whole premise of the pre-paid package too, which states that the package includes catering to specific skin needs. This is BAD BUSINESS. You NEED TO ASK YOUR CUSTOMER first if they are interested in a specific add-on. I will not be coming back to this location even though it's more convenient and the aesthetician is quite skillful and knowledgeable. As soon as my package is up, I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere. There is no shortage of similar businesses in NYC at a similar pricepoint.

I was really disappointed in my facial, the person who did it, the bed was extremely uncomfortable for me and she said twice “it’s ok we’re almost finished”I told her to concentrate on my nose area and she essentially avoided my nose-so dissatisfied for a crappy hydra facial

Hi There! My last appointment was actually not great. The woman administering the injection didn't tell me that I was bleeding or that my face was swelling after she had injected me. And it was only when I saw the blood on my finger that she said something to me about it. It was the first time I really felt pain while getting injected, I'm really very easygoing with needles but this felt quite sore. I also was never asked about a follow-up appointment, which is a standard part of getting Botox. Would not like to see this person again for treatment.

The check in process, treatment room, and technician were all good, but honestly the treatment wasn’t/isn’t great. I went for baby Botox and was very clear about wanting to maintain a lot of movement - even at the expense of effectiveness. I have had baby Botox before with my dermatologist and maintained a lot of expression in my eyebrows and had hoped for the same this time, unfortunately not only are my eyebrows almost completely immobile, they are also uneven. My lower forehead lines are smoothed, but the top line, near my hairline, is still mobile, giving a strange effect of a smooth forehead but wrinkled hairline. Very odd! Looking forward to this wearing off and going back to my dermatologist next time!

The technician was a bit rough and didnt seem precise in what she was doing. It was the most expensive Botox I have had for not a great experience. I also didn’t understand how they bill until after, it isn’t by injection qty it’s by area which is strange.

Very dissatisfying and Disappointing Was supposed to get one treatment and then it was changed at the visit It didn’t do anything more than any retail salon on the street would do as a facial but only 3 times the price

I did a hydra facial that did not do much for my skin, and I'm used to do this procedure as I do it frequently. The aesthetician apparently wanted to be careful with my skin but she ended up no cleaning it at all. She barely went through my face with the different pens used for hydra facial (like it is done in other places). At the end I left with my skin as clogged as it was before

The provider tried to upsell me in a less-than-transparent way, suggesting an alternative botox placement that would have doubled the cost (2 treatment areas vs. 1). I had to ask several questions before this crucial detail was revealed. Trust is a huge reason I've stayed loyal to Ever/Body, and this compromised it.

Getting a facial in that uncomfortable chair was a torture. You need to have a bed to give facials not a medical office chair. Also, they did not have a robe or gown to change into. At 300$ price point, you expect a spa like experience. Nothing relaxing about it. Also, they canceled my Botox appointment because she was running late.

The aesthetic of the clinic is undeniably beautiful, but what it gives in exterior beauty, it lacks in internal substance. It started at check-in when nowhere on the intake form or from the esthetician was I asked about my skincare routine. I'd booked a hydra facial boost & expected that because I was getting a facial, as with all other facials I've ever received, I'd be asked at least a couple of questions about my routine - but not a single question here. When I entered the treatment room, I expected to change into a gown, again, a common practice with facials, but was again caught off guard to discover this was a clothed procedure...but this meant there would be no treatment of my neck or chest (disappointing). The real disappointment & confusion came when I told the esthetician I had a milia I'd like removed, but she told me she could not. Now, their paperwork is clear that this is a doctor's office (they don't accept tips), so I'm confused, if this is a doctor's office, why can't they can't remove it? Are their technicians not licensed to perform such procedures? In which case, don't market this business as a doctor's office. I booked this procedure in part because they said "we're a doctor's office" so I assumed they could remove the milia - I guess I know what happens when I assume...But still it makes no sense to me. Overall my treatment was just okay - it was moderately relaxing (but not really - there was no massage which I was also expecting) but I honestly felt like it did nothing. I had a hearty discount code from Instagram & I'm really glad I did because at the end of the day, I just don't feel like this treatment was worth it - my skin was not any better or worse after. At every turn my expectations were not met - nor were they properly set by Ever/Body to begin with. As someone who has had many different types of facials, I don't feel I have unreasonable expectations, especially for a service at this price point. I don't recommend this service nor do I recommend Ever/Body. If you are looking for a deep clean of your skin, a relaxing spa-like facial, or a true dermalogical procedure, look elsewhere. For me, this was a waste of a lot of money & hugely disappointing.

My experience was good (and my technician was incredible!) but after discussions with my dermatologist and other friends who have simialr procedures, I learned how incredibly overpriced my lip flip was. It's incredibly disappointing, because I like the results, but I can't ever justify returning knowing that I can receive the same service from an equally reputable and skilled provider for, truly, 25% of the cost. I'll be sure to urge my friends to do their research as well.

The physical location is lovely and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, but I am very unhappy with the results of my Botox, which has left me with heavy brows and hooded eyes, making my eyes look smaller and puffy. I would not recommend this location.

- I don’t think the treatment was beneficial or personalized - the table for facial was so uncomfortable, how can someone lie down on a hard table for 50 mins

So I’m an influencer (500k on TikTok) and was recommended everbody by a friend. I’ve been twice, flatiron and soho, and have been extremely disappointed in my experience and results. The first time I went the injector took almost an hour to do lip filler and Botox, and the second time I went the injector didn’t even mark where he was going to place the needle and just went for it, I was done in 5 minutes. The variation is really weird for a medical-adjacent procedure and I don’t really feel safe going.l again. I asked to be frozen the second time because my results wore off so fast the first time, it’s been a week and I still don’t see results. I feel like you guys are kind of a scam between the experience and results so safe to say I won’t be recommending everbody to my audience or gong again.
