I've been going to ever/body for botox for about a year now. Previously saw two injectors at the Soho location and was pretty happy with my results. I recently moved to Brooklyn and wanted to give the Wburg location a shot, so booked with a new injector. Told her my concerns and goals --primarily that I have a heavier brow and that outside of dealing with my expressive forward, my primary goal is to ensure that the heaviness of my brow isn't exacerbated and if possible the brow gets pulled up. My previous injectors have understood this and have been able to achieve this. The new injector at the Wburg location encouraged me to use more botox than I was previously using (so also more expensive) and then proceeded to overtreat me (adding Botox to spots other injectors avoided to deal with my concerns/objectives). In short, I've been left with brows/eyelids that are even heavier than they were pre-botox--exacerbating my primary concern and leaving me self-conscious, meaning I essentially paid MORE money to look WORSE. Giving a couple stars because my previous experiences have been pretty good and straightforward and the employees have always been kind and helpful. But I'm pretty disappointed with my last visit and upset I have to spend the next 3-4 months feeling self conscious (and a couple hundred dollars lighter). The experience has highlighted the inconsistencies in injectors and undermined my trust in the brand.

I was pretty disappointed with my first ever/body experience. I booked a signature hydro facial but received and was charged for a hydro facial “boost.” While at checkout I was offered 20% off of the price, I was expecting to receive 20% off of the signature price so I still paid more than expected. I went back through my confirmation emails and nowhere does it say I booked the boost version (attached). I also went back through the steps on your website to book and it was unclear that I was ever selecting anything other than the signature facial starting at $195. At checkout when I brought up the error I was told I received all these extra things like I should have known what I was getting which was frustrating since it was my first time here so there’s no way I would have known I was getting something extra at the time. My facial was great but not worth the price or lack of price transparency.

My facialist did not introduce herself so I don’t know her name. She was not welcoming and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The facial itself was okay, but she didn’t provide a good experience or make me feel welcome. My friend referred me and said that during her Hydrafacial visit, her facialist spoke with her to discuss her skin concerns and chose together which booster would be used. During my appointment, there was no discussion about my skin concerns and no choice of booster. There was no discussion at all during my facial beyond signing the release forms. I was expecting a more personable experience. The front desk and checkout experience was good and lived up to my expectation. I’m sharing my experience so that you can try to uphold the same positive customer experience through the entire process.

I was disappointed this time around, my injector is no longer there and my results weren't as good. The pricing increased from 6 months ago and a few days after my appointment - I was sent an email for the 20% off sale. At this rate, it's just becoming a generic clinic with a revolving door of staff, corporate promotions meant to upsell, and premium pricing. No thank you.

I’m sorry for this review. I’m a business owner and it’s hard to get bad reviews. But it was shocking to have such a bad facial. I’ve had hydra facials before and the detail and time people have taken has been a game changer. I think she barely used the machine to clean my pores. It was the hydra facial with the boost. No manual extractions, she didn’t went all over my face. Honestly very disappointed and leaving this review as a constructive comment so you can be better in the future!

My esthetician did not wear a mask and sniffled/coughed throughout the service. Although we are not under COVID mandates anymore, her proximity to my face made the experience unpleasant.

I broke out shortly after in the areas of the fillers. It also made my nose look much wider which was not the goal.

It was an ok experience. I felt like I was charged a lot of money and I didn’t even know they were going to charge me that much and was not even enough Botox.

This was my second visit and it felt very different from the first, mostly due to the technician. I only have the first visit to compare it to, so maybe his way was the more normal, but I much preferred my first tech! On the first visit, the woman spent time speaking to me about my needs, listened to any concerns and addressed them. She didn't make me feel rushed and I felt as though she cared about my experience and outcome. She also spent more time on my actual face. Again, I'm not sure if this is the norm, but she made me scrunch and then marked with a white pencil where she was going to inject. There were 6 dots total, spread throughout the single region. The shots were what they were, and I went on my way. The second visit was very different. It felt super rushed (even though he took me in early from my appointment time), and I didn't feel like I had much opportunity to speak. I did ask a few questions and got one-word answers, and he seemed a bit exasperated that I was asking. He didn't make any marks and proceeded to quickly give me two injections and said I was done. Then he just moved to leave the room. I said "That's it? The last time, she gave me 6," and he said "You don't need that" (even though I got more than double the units on this visit) and left. The whole thing just felt off and I wasn't sure if I'd let anyone know, but I don't want to go to this location again. I chose Ever/Body because it feels boutique and personal (ie. I can get botox from my dentist for much cheaper!), but this experience felt very much the opposite. (It's also worth mentioning that the first tech told me that botox lasts 3 - 4 months, and the second said it lasts two max. I'm not sure which is true, but I feel weird about the mixed messaging.)

Botox to balance asymmetry in eyebrows, but they lifted too much on the sides so I look like a villain. Because they charge by area, not unit, I think they gave too much in too many places. Will not be going back here.

I got a black eye from botox and the pictures speak for themselves. It was my first time getting this procedure and I would have appreciated a professional follow-up and assistance. I've been a customer for a year and received multiple treatments. I'm giving 3 stars because I like the results but there is a missed opportunity in making customer service actually a service and standing out from the competition. When the nurse applied the syringe in my left crow-feet I immediately felt my eye blur. She also noticed the "bump" and pressed with her finger. When she finished I mentioned that my eye felt weird and that I had a bump which she said was normal. The next day I woke up to a black eye and a bruise on my forehead. The frustration and fear I felt were awful and I sent an email immediately the Customer Service. The concierge reached out to the provider and she recommended purchasing the Alastin post-injection and bromelain supplements which I did. For me, this type of answer is basically to fix the problem by myself. I understand there is always a risk with this type of procedure and at the same time, I have a reasonable expectation that the nurse has the expertise to identify potential problems. This procedure shouldn't be promoted as a "no downtime" option.

The person that performed the service was lovely. Seemed very attentive and nice to chat with. That said, the service it self did literally nothing. Like, Im not being hypoerbolic here. I was assured by staff multiple times that C&B laser while frequently used multi-service, would absolutely have some beneficial effects on 2 weeks even if first time. 2 weeks later I can assure you there is exactly zero change besides $500 missing from my bank account.

Good but feel like it was so quick that I didn't grasp what they're doing. Feel like if I'm paying that much for a 4 minute session they should at least walk me through it.

My practitioner did NOT tell me that she was going to insert more Botox than the specific service I requested/booked. As a result, I was charged almost double the intended cost at the end of the service... I did not consent to paying that amount and would not have elected for that service if I had been given the choice ahead of time.
