Horrible customer service - closed a location that I frequent. Will not refund credits I have there - have to travel over 1 hour to use, or I will lose over $1000 work of credit.

I had an IPL treatment on my chest area two days ago, and am covered in second degree burns. I just got back from the dermatologist and she was horrified. She said it "might be better by spring," if I'm lucky, and that it's possible it will cause longterm scarring. I am in terrible pain, have missed two days of work, and am incurring hundreds of dollars in medical bills and medication. The staff here is extremely kind and lovely... but nothing is worth this. I'd attach a picture, but it's so disgusting (blisters, burn marks) that I don't want to gross anyone out. Be careful. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at everybody . I went in for Botox treatment, hoping for a rejuvenated look. However, the results were catastrophic. Not only did they mess up the procedure, but it left my eyes drooping significantly, causing me severe anxiety and depression. Despite my concerns, the staff brushed off my worries, telling me to wait it out. Well, I've waited, and it's only gotten worse. It's disheartening to think I spent over $950 for such a botched job. I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone seeking professional and competent care. As you can see my lids are fully dropped. I went to another injector that was horrified and advised me to take legal action. I have all the pictures and messages saved. I even went in person to be told to wait it out.

The nurse injected in a way that caused my eyebrows to massively drop. I never had this issue before with previous injectors but now I have essentially diminished vision and can barely apply my mascara. Clearly she wasn't trained properly.

I was excited by the rewards program at Ever/Body, and after spending a significant amount, I received enough points for a $50 credit. I also received a $50 birthday credit, and had $40 from Alle (a third party rewards program). I booked an appointment to redeem my points and had Ever/Body cancel on me the day of (3 hours before) and then after treatment, at checkout, told me I could not use my points and Alle reward together... I could only use one discount, despite their website, points terms and conditions, and emails not stating such. One would think that they would want to retain customers who are committed. I recommend trying else where - possibly Peachy!

I think my skins didn’t get hydrated with 30min session door $260. When esthetician clean the face she didn’t even put hair band for me , my hair got messed and with consultation it only took 20min for service. I don’t think mint wasn’t worth for service.

I went to this place just because I received a gift card for my birthday otherwise I would never go to do any treatment and waist my money. The cost for just 30 minutes facial (standar facial I would add) is $245 plus tax which I found extremely ridiculous. The technician was not even friendly and polite and more over she didn't explain step by step what product she was putting on my face. I had to ask her every time. So overall experience was very poor. I do not recommend this place at all.

I received the most expensive Hydra Boost facial which came out $308 and I bought 2 skin care products for almost $300. That was quickest but fine but not relaxing facial of my entire life. I felt rushed no the quick massage technique was not relaxing. This should not be called a facial. I will write a review on Yelp this weekend and go into detail. Warm regards Denise Forgione 917-592-4691

I got botox and Jared J did an awful job. His injections were jabbed on to my face, and I started bleeding from one side. Both sides were left bruised. He acted like nothing happened, and when I asked if I should ice it, he said no. I asked the front desk lady if it looked okay, and she said she could see nothing, but as soon as I came home, I could see the bruise that got worse with the days. Three days later the side of my eye was completely bruised and hard to cover up even with makeup. I've had botox many times before, and never had such a horrible experience. Both sides are left bruised and I've never had blood come out, let alone bruising like this. Stay away!

My face looks completely distorted because of this experience. First off, the provider put too much botox in my upper lip and it's paralyzed. Can't speak properly, run by lips together, eat, drink spit, etc. Also my lower lip has to reach higher to meet my top lip impacting my chin to look receding. It has completely impacted my work as I am client-facing and my social life. Furthermore, my forehead looks worse now than it did walking in. Now I have to come back on Friday to (hopefully) get it fixed, which runs too close to getting a facial before my best friends' wedding, so I had to cancel all of those plans too. As you well know, you cannot reverse botox leaving me an awful position that I will never forget. This experience negatively impacted my life in more ways than you can imagine, and I can no longer trust any recommendation from your receptionists.

The first time I went, my facial was done really well. This time, I had white heads on my chin and under my lip because my technician (different than first visit) did not do the manual extraction that was part of my package.

I was not pleased with the extractions. It did not seem sanitary as she used her hands and one kleenex the whole time. Highly recommend not wasting your money here

From the moment I walked in I immediately got a vibe from Gabriela – kind of aloof and like she didn’t want to be bothered with providing the service. At one point, she recommended that I use a separate “sun block or sun screen” from my moisturizer. I wanted to clarify if she wanted me to use sub block or sun screen, and she said with a condescending scolding tone that “as an aesthetician, I am recommending that you use a sun block or sun screen or whatever you want to call it with zinc in it. They are the same thing.” (Like most people, I used to think they were the same until I learned that they work differently and have different active ingredients). I had to ask for a towel to put across my chest as she seemed to jump right into the facial without considering that I told her I’d be going back to work the session. I’m not stranger to facials (hydrafacial or otherwise) and I’ve never had someone not make some effort to protect my clothes before they start working. From the beginning she had a bit of an abrasive manner that I found a bit off-putting, and it didn’t get better throughout the treatment. At the end of the session when I went to check out, I thought she might recommend some of your products to try but she didn’t. I had to ask before she showed me your hyaluronic products, then told met hey were out of stock. At this point I thought maybe she’d offer a sample until they come in, but she didn’t. Again I had to ask if there were samples for me to keep up with what she was recommending for my face until they came in. What I noticed when I first got off the chair to look in the mirror is that my face looked really oily and shiny as if I rubbed half a bottle of baby oil on my face. I asked if it was remain that way all day or if it would look that way all day. Her answer didn’t suggest to me that she really knew one way or another. I went across the Sephora after completing my check out and when I looked in the mirror, it appeared as though the product was peeling off as it dried. I had to meet with people later in the day so I ended up having to do a quick rinse of my face to look presentable. One of the issues I presented with was many little bumps on my nose (she called it congestion). When I looked in the mirror right after she ended, the bumps appeared to be replaced by little bits of white (like the stuff that comes out when I do my own extractions). I didn’t bother to ask her anything about it because I already felt like she barely wanted to do the facial to begin with. I had been waiting and observing my skin to see if I would get that clean glow that I got after my last hydrafacial but it never happened. In fact, the congestion on my nose that brought me in seemed to get worse. In addition to the little bumps there was a lot of white stuff sticking out of my pores. It was almost as if I didn't have a facial at all. The reason I came to Ever Body was because I couldn't remember where I went to get the hydrafacial back in 2021. Today I started calling different places until I landed on the place that had me in their record for the hydrafacial. They were able to see me this afternoon to re-do the hydrafacial and manual extractions. My skin has that glow and clean look is did in 2021. They basically did what Gabriela should have done but clearly did not do with my facial and the experience was most relaxing as I've experienced in every other facial I've ever done. I wasted $265 at Ever Body and ended up having to spend another $175 a week later to have the same service done properly and professionally a week later. My experience with Every Body was beyond disappointing in every respect except for the front desk staff. Unfortunately for me, this whole experience will have to be all my loss. I would have appreciated being refunded even the amount I had to spend to get the facial done properly, but they are only willing to offer a free service. It's clear that this particular staff person isn't properly trained or is inexperienced. I would not recommend this place and will never return even if for free. Dissatisfied with poor service, poor quality work, and $265 down the drain.

Compared to other places, not a high end spa experience. Expected a lot more for the price and hype.
