I felt a bit rushed and don’t think the area was fully treated though staff are lovely.

My hydrafacial was done very quickly in 20 minutes so felt it was a little rushed- but the results felt great after my peel.

I booked a consultation and while I enjoyed the client service from the front desk and associates I felt more like I was being sold vs consulted on the best solutions for me. I came in looking for a specific treatment and when I mentioned it I was met with an immediate “I think you want XYZ” instead. It turned into an hour long sales pitch for a treatment I had never heard of and a discrediting of the solution I had come in for. It felt like a sales pitch vs actual solutions. I also didn’t love that my consultation wasn’t with a provider but someone who was more of a sales consultant. It made me trust their opinions less and discredited much of the experience.

Disappointed that you no longer offer the 2 week checkin/boost. This was a key reason that I went to Ever/Body.

I think that the quantity injected was inadequate I am familiar with Botox and it just wasn't adequate. I mentioned it and the response was- lets see

hydrafacial was not as impressive as I thought it would be. Experience was kind of rushed and the vibe of the room was not relaxing at all. results were alright for a couple days. disappointing for such an expensive facial.

Hello! The skin specialist/technician was fabulous, but the reclining chair used during the facial was uncomfortable and there was not enough warm steam for a hydra facial. I was also overcharged for my facial and paid for an hour long facial when I had only signed up for a 45 minute hydra facial. I’ve had several hydra facials before in NYC and Aspen, Colorado and this was by far the most expensive.

My experience was very underwhelming. I want to acknowledge that everyone at the studio was very kind and pleasant. My esthetician was also very pleasant however I felt that my treatment was subpar. The HydraFacial tool was only used and my nose and chin area. I specified with my esthetician multiple times my main concern area and had to remind her to do extractions in that area. It is also advertised when booking that we get to choose the booster. I had no idea what booster was used until the facial was over when I asked and my esthetician stated she chose one for me. I was a little disappointed at this and also makes it hard for me to believe it was used in the first place. Overall, I was not very happy with my experience and unfortunately will not be returning for more treatments. Although the facilities are beautiful, I don’t think the service was worth the price I paid.

I first visited Ever/Body in Arlington and was pleasantly surprised with the person that talked to me, though it was really short. I then visited the Logan Circle location and again the first visit was really nice and I decided to take a consultation with a nurse practitioner. On the day of the consultation, my expectations were dashed because: i) I fell rushed to make a decision on whether I wanted to go ahead with their facial treatments for my acne, all the while explaining that this is a new territory to me and facials are not my thing (not that I couldnt consider it); ii) I fell that all treatments that were advised were all facial/laser like treatments, which I dont doubt that are good but other options for home treatment have to be considered; iii) At times it felt like the nurses didnt know about all the treatments available, of which one had been suggested on my previous visit but couldnt hear more on this from the nurses; and iv) not sure if I used the 30 min alloted but I was told that I needed to decide as the nurse had a client waiting. In summary, it would have been good for nurses to also be aware that many of us are not used to lasers/facials, so while I have not discarded the idea of those treatments, I am less inclined to do it given the way the consultation was done.

It was a pleasant environment and the people who greeted me at the front desk were fairly friendly. However, what bothered me was that there was no information provided up front. I went with botox and when I have gone to other places they are usually able to give you an estimate of how many units I will need and how much it will cost. I asked and they said that they could not tell me. It was my fault, but I went ahead with the treatment. When I checked out, it was more than double what I usually paid. I asked how many units were used and the people at the front desk said they could not tell me, it would have to be the person who did the treatment, but they did not offer to go find her. I still do not know how many units were used and the treatment seemed to have no effect and I paid double what I usually do. The person doing the injections was good and I had no bruising and it did not hurt much so that was a plus, but the lack of transparency bothered me.

The esthetician would not offer and recommendation and when i asked for an add on she had to go ask about pricing which was non of my concern then said she doesn’t have time to add on to the service. Bad cigarette odor too . The front desk lady was absolutely amazing and helpful and helped me pick up some products.

Experience was average, but I realize in hindsight your sales people and technician just yes you to death. That is the big difference between what you offer and an established dermatology practice. You just want to make the sale. I was very concerned about the Botox looking natural. Because of that we went with baby Botox option (at my prompting). But what I am seeing is a frozen forehead. While I may return in the future as my needs and knowledge change, what the ever/body experience showed me is that I trust a doctor’s advice and touch much much more.

The room was overbooked and my treatment started 30 minutes late. No one communicated to me about the delay. I had to go ask the front desk. My treatment then felt rushed and not thorough. Friendliness of the staff was medicore.

The botox experience was fine/standard. Took off stars because the practitioner was extremely pushy on signing consent to use photos. Even the consent form for medical use only allows Ever/Body to use photos for training purposes and demos. I had to tell her no more than 5 times and it made me uncomfortable. Probably would not go back.

I have been to Ever/Body a few times now for hydrafacials. I usually leave feeling educated by my esthetician, informed about my skin, a new product or two to elevate my routine at home, and happy with the results. This time my esthetician did not speak to me the entire time between when she called my name in the waiting room and when the treatment ended, other than one time to say “bright light” when she was turning on the LED light (this is not an exaggeration). I thought it was so bizarre that she was doing all of these things to my face without telling me what was going on or asking me a single question about my skin and my goals. My wedding was that upcoming Saturday (hence the reason for the facial) and she still has no idea. All that being said, I think the treatment went fine and my skin looked okay after but, for what I paid, that experience was incredibly upsetting. With all the great medspa options in the city, I don’t feel the need to return to Ever/Body after that but if I do I will make sure to never use the same woman (her name began with a K at the Williamsburg location).

Mostly a good experience except for the provider leaving blood smeared on my face after my first Botox injection (and my first visit to ever/body). It left me feeling disrespected, and it did not seem like the standard of care or sterile.

While i loved the space and my technician explained everything about the IPL treatment, and she executed it well, I didn't see much result. After a few days, still no flaking or darkness coming to the surface (though admittedly I'm fair without THAT much pigment) I'd still recommend you guys, maybe I chose the wrong treatment for me?
