“Truly a terrible hydrofacial. The aesthetician who was extremely nice, technique was lacking. There was no pressure. She did not use the machine properly. Maybe she wasn’t trained. Plus there was an event going on and the music was too loud. The room itself was so bright .”

“I got there early as instructed, and the facialist was late. I ended up waiting almost 25 minutes. Additionally, I told them I had sensitive skin, and they used an acid face wash, which made me more sensitive during hydra facial. Tech told me I had a lot of texture and she was concerned, which I did not appreciate. Last, all the moisturizers, had Squalene, which I'm allergic to. Sunsceen was not applied.”

“The experience was great; however, the next day (and still today) my skin barrier is damaged. I’m not sure exactly what the esthetician did during, but my skin has a rough texture and bumps that I’ve never had before. I am devastated as this will take a while to recover from.”

“With this type of services and prices, you should offer a pleasant experience to the customer. My experience was not pleasant at all: it was super cold in the room, I was not offered blanket and had to cover myself with my jacket (!), the bed was also very uncomfortable, so it was hard to bear 1 hour treatment.”

“Did not enjoy whatsoever the experience with the dr or nurse (apologies do not recall the title). Major attitude and the entire experience was ruined by her and her assistant trying to upsell me. On top or that, after over a week my botox effect is nowhere to be see . Will most definitely not be coming back.”

“I experienced very bad bruising as a result of crows feet injections. The bruise is under my eye and so dark it is difficult to cover with make up. I have done botox for 9 years and never experienced bruising this bad. When I shared the images with the team and asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience they said no. I will not be returning or recommending.”

“My last visit was my third visit and a different and disappointing experience to my first two visits. I get Botox in my forehead for chronic migraine, but in limited areas, so then need to get additional cosmetic Botox to even out the spots where I have the migraine Botox. I has been to ever/body for two previous visits for the same issue and had no problems with the practitioners. The last practitioner I saw told me she wouldn’t be able to even out the forehead without causing eyelid droop and that I would be left with deep parentheses wrinkles. I asked her for other suggestions like if I should get a brow lift and she had none. She persisted with her negative attitude. She put in 10 units for which I was charged $300. I paid, left, and burst into tears as I felt old, ugly, unfixable, and ripped off. Worst of all, three weeks post treatment I have unevenness in my brows post injection. I won’t be returning as this my worst experience with an injector in 20 years of getting Botox.”

“My first visit was enjoyable but after 72 hours my lip flip took a turn for the worse. I called back to speak with a doctor since my lips had blown up in a spot of injection as well as there being an uneven distribution and unevenness in my lips on top of pain. the person I spoke to promised me someone would call me. I waited all day with anxiety due to this being my first time doing this procedure and no one called. When I finally did hear back the "doctor" didn't really seem that apologetic to the fact that the receptionist didn't help even slightly. When I went in for my appointment with the doctor to see how my healing was doing he tried to tell me that it was because of coconut oil usage (72 hours after my injections) that my lips blew up which is not true as that is a product I used often. Instead of giving me ANY help he told me to use aquafor and sent me on my way. Waste of my time and money. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!”

“This place is such a scam. They advertise one thing, they when you go in you get another. It’s really my own fault that I expected something for free. I signed up for free Botox. Went in snd had one area treated…10 units. Ended up with a $200 bill and was told I didnt use the right offer code. Manager wouldn’t budge. Who pays $20/unit for Botox…especially not from some random medias. I dont believe their injectors are very skilled. Everyone seemed nice enough but you’re better off getting Botox from your dentist for a much lower price. I definitely won’t recommend this place. And because of my bad experience I actively tell all of my friends how terrible it is. It’s like the Walmart of medspas.”

“Ineffective treatment. During my service (I booked the Detox Hydra facial) the machine felt very light and was only being touched on parts of my face so I asked the practitioner if this would still yield results - she said it would. This also came up when she was working on the manual extractions around my nose. I have had Hydra facials and manual extractions before and while no treatment should be painful of course, I at least expect I will feel that work is being done while these are happening, so this is why I was concerned that this treatment was not doing much. And sure enough, I left with skin mildly cleaner from the light touch and a nose still clogged because extractions had not been fully done.”

“Honestly super disappointing. This was my 4th time getting lip fillers and my first time at ever/body. My nurse was really unwilling to listen to directions on where and how I'd like my lips filled. She rubbed my entire face with RUBBING ALCOHOL at least 10x times (I was wearing tinted eltamd sunscreen..) I was choking on the fumes & my skin was stinging. Her injecting technique was unconventionally extremely painful (I could not stop tearing). I'd like to reiterate the fact that this was not my first time with lip fillers. THE BRUISING LASTED 9-DAYS (my appointment was on 01/30/23) Today I still have some bruising but it's minimal. I'd never bruised this much, for this long, ever. I'm still experiencing pain upon pressure- I waited until now to really see if all this pain/discomfort/horrible experience was worth it and my lips look puffy in all the wrong places, still hurt, and dare I say look the same as before. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but this experience took the cake. I absolutely will NOT be recommending services”

“I didn’t have the provider that I made the appointment for. No notice of this was said until I went in the room and it was someone else. This provider made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Made comments about how small my lips were and that I had a gummy smile (yet I am in for a lip flip so it is clearly something I am self conscious of). I have been to ever body many times before and have never left with such a feeling of discomfort like I did this time which is now making me question if I should return or find elsewhere to go.”

“Hydrafacial was a disappointment. the Esthetician and service is fine but the treatment itself left my pores looking more prominent and caused some breakouts for me in areas I don't normally experience them. My skin looked more or less the same if not slightly worse afterwards. I would not recommend spending the time & money on this treatment if you are looking to see an improvement in texture or treatment for blemish areas. Won't be returning to ever/body and would not let my friends go either!”

“The marketing tact, they post high expected results and after taking treatment the results was 30% , upon checking with them they says the appropriate treatment wasn't chosen, the provider/consulting didn't even suggested the appropriate, at last they offer 20% off and asking to take other treatment, totally unsatisfactory, $300 wasted.”

“It was my first time at Everbody. I had a reaction to Botox, something that never happened in over two decades of Botox use. I’m not blaming them for that, but after this area swelled and turned bright red, (and stayed that was for days), it really showed how different it is from going to a drs office. I’m not talking about the usual redness and Botox bump that go down quickly. This was evidently some kind of unusual reaction. They told me they had no idea what it was, they never saw that kind of thing before, they told me to see my derm, they also never called to follow up. That’s they least they could have done to be professional. I learned my lesson of going to a store front instead of a derm.”

“Very unprofessional at checkout very vague on pricing quite few different prices quoted first $345 for facial then promotion was 15% of not 50% that had screenshot off of Groupon then noticed in services phamplet it was $295 Didnot feel the hydra facial was thorough my eye make up wasn’t even wiped clean did not feel my skincare was up to par”
