Beyond disappointed & disgusted with my experience at Ever/Body. Clearly Ever/Body is not for everybody. I had a consultation for Morpheus8 treatments and botox. All necessary documents and medical history were filled out with no further questions at the time of consultation. I came in the following day for my appointment, I was prepped for my treatment by my face being numbed. Shortly after, the physician came in and said "we have to talk". I was was then told that I was ineligible for the Morphus8 treatment due to me disclosing that I was immunocompromised. I have never been discriminated against for disclosing my HIV status. I was disappointed and sort of in shock this had even happened. It would have been one thing if this was in any way mentioned on the website or brought up at the time of my consultation, but to have been prepped and be told moments before that I was not eligible for treatment was embracing and highly unacceptable. I was able to get a refund, but that did not make me feel any better.

My lip filler is incredibly bumpy and I can visibly see the lip filler in two spots on my lower lip where it was injected too superficially. I've gotten lip filler a few times at other places, and have never experienced this before.

Stacy was wonderful, however I spent 45 minutes numbing and had blood drawn, only to have the machine not function properly and not be able to complete my treatment.
