“The phone cover is great! The screen saver is an expensive piece of junk. I have had three and none adhere properly on my IPhone 11. I was showing a picture to my sister the other day, new protector on new phone and she said I can’t see the picture for all the bubbles. Sad part this is a replacement you send for the first screen protector.

“I have stood behind Rhinoshield for the past 10 yrs. I tend to drop my phone A LOT and time and time again the Solid Suit phone case with their screen protectors have saved my IPhone without so much as a scratch, so they are well worth the higher price tag. Once, I dropped my phone and it landed screen side down directly on top of a very large jagged rock while putt- putt golfing. The fall destroyed the screen protector, which had an impact hole in it, but after removing the damaged protector my phone screen was fine. The solid suit case has a shock absorbing waffle imprint inside its case. The case was almost perfect with just a very small scuff mark. I have no doubt my IPhone would have been destroyed if I hadn’t been using a Rhinoshield solid suit case and their 3D screen protector. I have dropped it numerous times directly on concrete and there has been zero damage to my phone, solid suit case and screen protector.
Recently, however, I upgraded my phone and when ordering my new Rhinoshield case and screen protector I ordered their Clear Case, not realizing it was not part of their solid suit line. I noticed it right away when I opened the product. I went back to the website which stated it offered ShockSpread LUX so I wanted to believed it was likely as protected as the Solid Suit. I was wrong! Just 12 days after installing the Clear Case it was knocked off a wooden night stand onto a carpeted floor and I was shocked to find a large dent in the clear case and an impact hole in the 3D Anti-Blue screen protector after the 2 foot fall. The phone had to have hit parts of the night stand on its way down. My phone wasn’t damaged but both new products were significantly damaged and now needed to be replaced. I contacted Rhinoshield and they promptly replied and offered to replace the case under their lifetime warranty. I just needed to pay for shipping. Keep in mind they are located out of Hong Kong so there is a time delay on communication. I inquired if I could change back to a solid suit case instead, clearly not pleased with the amount of damage to the case and protector after such a short fall. Sadly, I could not and I was only offered a 10% discount, which is nothing considering the cost of another new Rhinoshield case and screen protector, just 12 days after installation. In total the mistake cost me $115.43 which has put a sour taste in my mouth. Not noticing the Clear Case was not part of the Solid Suit line was clearly my error but since they cost about the same amount and it stated it was the same high quality material I wanted to believe the protection would be the same but it clearly is not. Even though customer service was prompt I do feel they could have given, at the very least, a decent percentage off the replacement case since it was a brand new case. Nothing crazy, perhaps 20%?? I would strongly suggest making sure you are purchasing from their Solid Suit line for maximum protection. We found the 3D Anti-Blue screen protector I purchased installed easier than the cheaper 3 D screen protector my husband and daughter purchased. Customer service is prompt but keep in mind there is a time difference when waiting for a reply. Shipping takes approximately 10-12 days since it’s shipping overseas unless you order off Amazon. Know Rhinoshield does offer a lifetime guarantee on their cases, however, if you’re not happy with the quality of the product even if it’s brand new it will cost you close to full price to change.”
“iPhone 14 clear case - the rubber camera shield fell off and stretched within 1-2 months, and now one of the volume button covers has gone missing. I understand normal wear and tear, but I've had the case for only 6 months now. My previous case had similar issues but this mostly occurred after 2 years of ownership.
Not going to purchase a case through Rhinshield again”
“Pros:
- These guys work hard. They arrive by 730-8, don’t leave till 430-5. Everyday the weather cooperated, they worked. Guessing the subs get paid by the job, not by the hour.
- Good paint jobs are about prep. They stripped the entire house, pretty much down to bare wood.
- The place looks great – a few exceptions
Cons:
- High pressure sales job. The salesman lied about some kind of corporate rebate ‘showcase house’, then offered a deal good for today only, and refused to provide any details other than the sales agreement.
- Priced based on square footage, the Rhino Shield rate penalizes homes with lots of windows or sloping landscapes. They bought 15 gallons of finish coat and used 8 gallons, obviously their square footage methodology was not really that accurate for my home. Since their labor rate is a function of square footage as well, I think I paid too much.
- High pressure/price tactics with carpentry repairs. First they could not tell me what needed repair until the house was stripped, then once stripped, pushed me to accept their carpenter to keep the job moving. My advice is make sure any repairs are done before they get here or have your preferred carpenter on standby.
- They left me with 7 gallons of finish paint, because it is a custom color. Trim paint was white, and one must assume that they had extra, which they refused to leave and rolled into the next job.
- These guys are coin operated and stick to a legal script and contract, no personal touch. If you like doing business that way, this is a pro, I was always a hand shake with an honest operator that let his work do the talking instead of 4 pages of legal ease.
- Guarantee is solid on paper, but it will cost you $450 to have them come out and fix each problem (after a year) – I understand the cost of sending a guy out, but if the product legitimately fails they should eat the $450 and fix it. When my warranteed water pump went on the car, the dealer gave me a loaner and fixed it N/C, no questions, end of story.
It just irks me:
- After ignoring multiple email requests for pricing explanation for over a month, they accused me of acting in bad faith for indicating I would not make the final payment until the question was answered. Guessing that the owner is a lawyer.
- When they took down the gutters, they lost/broke lots of the hardware, which I ended up buying instead of them butchering the situation.
- Windy days in the fall are not days to have a wet paint job – lots of pine needles stuck in the primer and finish coat.
- Every day they used the hose, they left it on.
- They pulled out limbs from the woods to level their ladders – they could have thrown them back in the woods instead of leaving them in the beds.
Time will tell if I made a smart decision”
“Bought the case and a protection filme Glass 9H highly everything for my new xiaomi 11T... The case is slippery, the sound buttons on the cover are cool but the design then goes inwards for the fingerprint button exposing the screen to that edge... My phone fell on the car... from the seat to the edge of the car floor ... rebounded and it slightly on the seat rail (metal)... result? Cracked... 20€ worth of protection done there... they are sending me another (pay the shipment fees) but it will only crack again... better off with one from aliexpress for 2€.... same result”
“I have had two crashguard cases (the bumper cases) and I think the idea is good. However, these cases do not last, over time they do not hug the phone as tight as they initially will. This means that the case just slips off the phone after a period of time (a year in my case). These are expensive products for what they are. I would not buy again after buying 2 of these. The screen protectors are pretty good, however again very expensive. Probably worth it for a new phone.”
“The case looks fabulous, no doubt. BUT it's not as tough or durable. My month-old case cracked from the impact of a 3 feet fall. I've dropped phones before and even much cheaper cases are tougher. Not quite the 'Rhino Shield' I was expecting. I sent them a tweet with the images but they didn't care to respond.”
“I like the products, the cases are durable and comfortable and the screen protector is good. However, their 1-3 day expedited shipping is a total scam. I paid for that shipping and the product is coming in 6 days. They replied to my email and explained why, but there is no warning when the shipping page is up. There is no warning when your ordering, so I do not recommend using the expedited shipping.”

“The case looks good, but after having a case for just 2 weeks I dropped it out of my pocket (not more than 3ft), the corner that it landed on cracked instantly. If you are looking for a good case that will actually protect your phone then I definitely do not recommend a case from this company. “The case is good, what I expected, high quality. However, the tempered glass screen protector came with a fault; as if a small piece was chipped away on the side that goes onto the screen which makes an extremely annoying air bubble impossible to get rid of.”
“I ordered a bumper for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the fit was lousy. On the back at the bottom corners one side fitted much better than the other. Looked unprofessional. I could not remove the bumper even after watching two videos on it so I a ended up cutting the bumper off. Went back to my Totallee case which fits precisely!! Thought I wanted to see the back of my iPhone using the bumper but if it looks horrific with the fit it’s an eyesore”
“The power button is extremely mushy and hard to press. And Rhinoshield only gave me a solution to bend the button 10 times and put it back, and if that doesn't work bend it again and again. No where in their solution have they offered replacing the defective buttons.”

“The cover is fine, but when I received it it was not exactly the color that appeared in the photographs. I also kept it and did it several times but not many. Now the plastic that surrounds the case that is darker in the tone of color is disengaging and it is impossible to put the case back on the mobile phone. Really, it is poor quality plastic because other wise this would not happen.”
“Touch does not work 100%. The shape of the glass has to be placed extremely perfect if you want it to work properly. Not going to recommend this product to any other. Not worth it. Have tried to soft protection, which work a lot better.”
“Both the original case, and the replacement case had some separation at the bottom where the carbon fiber meets the TPU. Not such a big deal if it's coming from a generic branded case, but quite questionable given the fact this is labeled as a "premium brand". Customer service was excellent though.”
