I can only give a review after i get the product. Not yet delivered to me. Review may change only after i get to use the product. You guys at Evolutive Labs SERIOUSLY need to change your logistics partner

I ordered a Playproof, but was sent the wrong order. Evolutive Labs was helpful and willing to remedy the problem; however, communication has been lacking and the process has been SLOW. It had been more than three weeks since I returned the incorrect case, and as of this writing, have yet to receive the proper order. I am confident Evolutive Labs will work to improve in this regard.

Absolute crap. The fit along the sides is very loose and the button sections are too small and hard to press. Rather than fitting properly over the buttons underneath they sit on top and protrude out from the phone. I'm aware that there have been previous complaints regarding these issues with the s8/s8+ bumper guard and that they released a new version to address them. Unfortunately it doesn't seem that the new design is any improvement at all. They also totally ignored me when I asked for a refund. Terrible product, terrible company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I bought 2 products. They were supposed to ship them to my country (Perú) for ONLY $6. When the product arrived to my country, I had to pay $35 aprox to FEDEX so they could deliver the package to my home. I think worldwide shipping for $6 like it says on the website is false advertisement because I had to pay more that that. About the product, I did the drop test and it CRACKED! I won't send it back because FEDEX is gonna charge like 35$ for sending it back.

I love the products, but the customer service has been horrible. I ordered two cases and only one was ever shipped. When I emailed customer service I was told that they can confirm only one parcel was shipped but cannot confirm what they shipped in that parcel. They told me the only way they could determine if I was lying and had actually received both cases was to show them the bag the order was shipped in. It was two weeks at this point and after telling them I no longer had the bag they said that was the only way to confirm that I had not been shipped both cases. So now I am out $50 and do not have the Christmas present I had been expecting for my mother-in-law. This is after I supported the company on Kickstarter before it had even been launched. You would think they would have some loyalty to repeat customers.

My order never arrived and when I requested cooperation to track down the package, NO COOPERATION was provided. I still not have received my order or received a refund.

I recently purchased a Rhinoshield for my brand new iPhone 5s. I ordered it on September 20, 2015 and have yet to receive it in the mail. Because it did not arrive within the "5-10 business days", I emailed them about my Rhinoshield's whereabouts. I was first told that it was delayed due to USPS having "troubles due to recent weather". They told me to notify them if it did not arrive within 6 more business days. It still never came. Upon emailing the company a second time, I was told that they will "open an investigation" themselves and that if they have "confirmation that it is lost" then they will send a new one. It is now October 13 and has been 23 days; still no sign of it in the mail. I am a very patient person but this just ridiculous. They have the tracking information and can see for themselves that the last known tracking information says that it departed Los Angeles on SEPTEMBER 26. It does not take more than two weeks to get from L.A. to Torrance, California. Let alone three weeks to get from Washington to California. I understand if they are being wary of untruthful customers but clearly I am not lying about having never received the Rhinoshield. I have had my new phone for 21 days now and can't remove the plastic film that comes with the phone because I have no screen protector to replace it. The plastic film that comes on new iPhones prevents you from being able to receive calls normally and from recording videos with sound because it blocks the receiver and mic! So I cannot use my phone properly and really need the Rhinoshield screen protector I ordered. I came to this website because I read nothing but good reviews about it but I never would have spent $30 on something to take this long to receive. If the company was concerned about customer service at all they would have already sent me a new one but they have yet to do that and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. Please send me a new one ASAP. Or refund my money and don't ever expect me to buy one of your products again. I'd be better off buying a cheap screen protector off of Amazon.
