“Rhinoshield.io gives "money grab" excuses to not cancel my odder in a timely manner - Here's the timeline:
• 3/5/26: Shipping label was created = “Part of fulfillment preparation” = Can NOT cancel order in a timely manner??? Per Luna of RHINOSHIELD "March 5 - Order placed and shipping label created as part of fulfillment preparation”
• 3/6/26: Warehouse processing and prepared for shipment = “Part of fulfillment preparation” = Can NOT cancel order the next day in 24 hours??? Per Luna of RHINOSHIELD “March 6 – Order moved to warehouse processing and prepared for shipment (In this stage the courier has already handle the parcel)”
• 3/11/26: Contacted USPS March 11 after creating an account with them to ask status - They confirmed they did not received my order yet??? Per Luna of RHINOSHIELD: "By the time the ticket was reviewed(March 8) the package had already been dispatched and was no longer within our system"
Thankfully with Google AI: Since the package status has does not change for more than 3–5 days (or 7+ days during busy seasons), it is advisable to contact the seller to confirm it was dropped off
Since there is no telephone number to contact and follow-through, I opened another ticket asking for the real status -- At this time, I lost all respect for this company and advise others to be aware when placing an order (i.e. Don't bother unless you are ok to deal with limited customer service experience)”
“Bought rhino buff fps case, iPhone 16pro, came missing inner bumper, contacted customer service, sent new one out. Finally put screen protector on and folded tabs like instructed,
DO NOT BUY FREEZES SCREEN TOUCH INPUT WHEN PRESSING SIDE BUMPERS, I moved all items in way of button areas this this does not work.
When I contacted customer support again they said since it was used they won’t refund it. I used it once and had to have them send out a replacement before I even got to use it once
Terrible $80 non refundable never again will I use rhino shield cases”
“I got the clear Rhinoshield phone case because I thought it was a nice touch that you can swap out the camera bump and buttons for other colors, however, I dropped my phone in my house from my kitchen counter and my iPhone 14 Pro is now completely smashed. I’m really disappointed in Rhinoshield and the lack of protection, as I had swapped from Otterbox which I had never had any issues with so I will probably swap back after this. I really cannot recommend Rhinoshield at all so if you’re thinking of purchasing a clear case, steer clear of them and go with another brand, such as Otterbox.”

“Very bad experience, I had already hesitated to recommend you because my first case was always loosening up and not protecting me well enough to break the rear glass of my iPhone 12 Pro the first time I dropped it outside my home.
I wrote to customer service to find out if they could contribute to the cost of repair and to express my dissatisfaction, but they were obviously very polite and refused to respond to my request. All they offered me was a 10% discount code to recommend 👍🏻.
At the price it's worth, the quality isn't there, buying a $15 case on Amazon is the same thing. What's RhinoShield to me now? Only very good marketing - I can say that, it's my job - which makes you feel confident, but the product and customer service are not up to scratch.
On top of that, as a former French customer now living in Quebec, I order a new shell, telling myself to give it a second chance. I pay US$26.50 for delivery on an order of over US$70, very expensive delivery, already unhappy with the experience I decide once again to continue reluctantly for another model even more expensive. One last surprise: I receive a DHL customs payment request for $22 to receive my hull.
That's over $160 CAD to protect my iPhone. I really feel like I've been ripped off.”
“For us, their ceramic product did not last as advertised. We had all the cedar siding repairs/replacements they recommended completed prior to the application. In less than 5 years, peeling & cracking were evident. They sent someone out to honor the warranty but only fixed the peeling paint. They would not fix the cracking paint until it actually started peeling, which would put us past their warranty. It’s been over 10 years now & there are several areas that have failed. We will probably have to replace some of the cedar siding that was supposed to be “sealed forever” & go back to regular paint.”

“Unacceptable shipping. Although I paid express delivery 1-3 days today is the fourth day and they didn’t even fill the waybill to transport company. Ordered items are in stock and not custom ones. When contact support they said to wait till 5th of April. So order made 26th of march. They charged the express delivery and now they say that I need to wait. First time I have this from a company”

“Could not be more upset. order a screen protector from them. it was expensive and took a month to arrive. The screen protector that arrived was incorrect, either the adhesive or the hold punch was on the wrong side. I contacted them. They asked for my phones SN #, which isn't relevant to which screen protector i ordered. I was told I would have to pay to ship it back to them and that there would be a restocking fee. I did not as I am not sinking any more money into this.”

Button on my €55 case came off after only 3 months of use and they want to charge €7 to post a tiny piece of plastic.

“I bought the 9H tempered glass for Google Pixel 7a, literally the biggest waste of 25 dollars you can ask for. Thinnest piece of plastic imaginable, might as well put a walmart bag on there for the same amount of protection, also there were no installation instructions that came with it or a video online, just numbers on the product as if I'm supposed to understand how that works. Never been more disappointed in a Rhinoshield product”
