They asked for my phones SN #, which isn't relevant to which screen protector i ordered. I was told I would have to pay to ship it back to them and that there would be a restocking fee. I did not as I am not sinking any more money into this.”

I recently placed an order on the Rinhoshield website, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered camera protectors for my iPhone 15 Pro on September 23, 2023. The installation went smoothly, but the product turned out to be defective, making it impossible to use the photo mode with the Macron option.
What followed was a series of frustrations with Rinhoshield's customer service. After reporting the issue, I was asked to pay shipping fees to obtain a replacement product, which I found completely inappropriate given the product's defectiveness. My requests for a free replacement were ignored, and I ultimately had to resort to Paypal's dispute resolution services to achieve satisfaction.
The replacement process took nearly two months, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the way the company seems to insinuate that I am responsible for the problem is simply shocking. This goes beyond simple customer dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, I strongly recommend avoiding this website. The company's attitude towards its customers is unacceptable, and it is advisable to seek more reliable and customer-friendly alternatives.”

Despite reaching out via email immediately to report the issue and request a refund, I was informed that only a replacement was possible. The replacement case would have taken another 2 weeks to arrive so I expressed that this was impractical for me as I needed a case to be able to use my new phone but all of my emails from then on had been ignored. I am truly disappointed in the customer service of this company and the quality of the cases that they send out is poor.”
“Bought a ZenFone 10 screen protector and they sent a (poorly disguised) ZenFone 9 one. They just put a new sticker over.
However, it is too small as the screen on the ZenFone 10 is slightly bigger. The quality looks nothing like advertised on RHINOSHIELD or Asus websites (not covering properly and not nice to use with android side gestures.)
Additionally, they made me pay for delivery on both ways even though they provided me with a product which is not as described, which is against UK law. I decided not to argue and let my credit company card deal with it.
Avoid! The "premium" shtick is a sham. Their customer service is unpleasant.”
“I drop my phone very often so I wanted to buy a protective case to keep my phone safe. My Rhinoshield case did not do that.
The glass cracked, the bottom right of my screen's pixels died, my touchscreen was damaged, and all with the case still on the phone. I struggled to find a cute design (the artist collabs are the only really cute designs imo) and the matte finish picks up a lot more dust/dirt than cases I've had in the past.
The design was at least printed well, the delivery was quick enough, and was delivered in recyclable materials.
Would not recommend as a protective case (like it was advertised) but if you wanted an expensive decorative case it's serviceable enough.”
“After watching the impact screen protector video and after my wife bought one some time ago I expected to receive the same strong rigid plastic screen protector that is portrayed in their video. What I actually got was a flimsy piece of soft plastic that is clearly far cheaper and lower in quality.
After discovering this when the installation failed I reached out to customer service for a refund and I have been given a variety of excuses - one of which is that my curved edges requires a different product. However since my wife had a spare older rigid model that we cut to size and works just fine I find this answer suspicious. They are refusing the refund request and will only offer a free replacement which I do not want or need.
It appears they have reduced their quality after building up a good reputation. The marketing video still implies that all their impact screen protectors are a hard rigid plastic but what I received was very soft and flimsy.”

I guess the first red flag should’ve been California but for it to sit there for a week before sending it to Illinois for another 4 days when all it had to do was go one state over is crazy. “I dropped my phone on a paved path with few rocks poking out of it. 3D Impact Screen Protector paired with a SolidSuit Case, both from them — my phone screen was broken and had two big spider webs.
After a getting it all replaced, it was nice to know that the 40 dollar screen protector combined with the 40 dollar case led my phone to $400+ worth of repair damage costs.
Note that the screen protector was pretty sitting and suffered minimal damage which was quite disappointing.
Their support had okay response times but wasn’t able to give any compensation at all and only offered to replace the screen protector (with some costs still).”
“Overall reviews are probably paid, can't imagine the high score when looking at all the initial reviews on the first pages which I can simply support. It's a bad product which looks good and that's it. The designs are nice, the idea is nice but trying to put on the cases? A nightmare. I ordered a Mod NX with custom backplate for my iPhone, as others have mentioned is a tight fit, so tight you've never seen it anywhere else in your life and you'd think that after putting the what feels like a permanent lock on your phone you're at least done with it... right? Hell no. it collects dust and particles behind the backplate like a vacuum, even in clean environments you need to clean it weekly, wouldn't be as bad if it didn't feel like attempting to crack open a nuclear bunker with nothing but your bare hands every time you try to take the case off, and then putting it back on which is the same pain. At least the grip of the bumper is nice, even if the plastic back is slippery like a gym shower.
I don't know what alternatives there are but I thought if I don't cheap out I can expect some decent quality, big mistake.”
“While the quality of the case seems pretty good, the site is very deceptive. They do not mention that the case is being shipped from Taiwan to france to England which takes weeks. The delivery time on the website is 4-10 days for £5 and there are more expensive but faster options, but for all of these the estimated days don't start until the case is already in France which takes at least 2 weeks. This is mentioned very deep into the website and not explicitly at all. when contacted about the long delivery time they unapologetically link you to a non existent FAQ which supposedly says that this is the case and do not offer any compensation. With the delivery costing so much for even the cheapest option and the case being expensive in the first place, you'd think it wouldn't be this ridiculously slow and the company is very deceptive about this fact and refuse to give compensation for this misinformation or anything. Feel very cheated even if the phone case seems ok”
