“Hello, Thank you for the exam papers. Unfortunately, I received wrong shipment. I placed the order for 4 sets of KS2 practice papers and 5 sets of KS1 practice papers. But instead of receiving KS1 practice papers, I received 5 sets of KS2 practice tests papers. I didn't find KS1 practice papers in the shipment. I have placed the order for my friends too. So they are expecting their desired test papers. And also because I have made the payment for KS1 papers for my son in year 2 and for few other families too. I understand it could be a general mistake, but I would appreciate if you could look into it. Regards Wajeeha”

“I believe I paid for express delivery. but was still two days before I received the package in the mid pm. probably not Exam Ninjas fault. Grand daughter has started work already and has found them very helpful explains things better.”

“Disappointed that though I have purchased items before, your system refused to recognise me, despite being able to contact me. I therefore dealt by phone. That was not easy : I rang several time on a Friday afternoon before getting through to a machine which said that someone would get back to me. They didn't. I eventually managed to contact a human being and we completed the transaction. I was impressed by the speed with which the order arrived and I thought that contents of the books was brilliant, though I wish you could do something about the smell. “An easy straight forward experience, fast delivery arrived the following day. Excellent supply of test material, although agree with a previous review it would be easier if the book was actually a selection of individual papers, and reading tests, separate from maths tests. Difficult if using with more than one child.”

“Generally very good. The papers really feel like exam papers, so our child took them more seriously than doing online questions. There were a few slightly ambiguous questions ( so just like most exams I guess), and a couple that seemed too advanced for the level of papers that we ordered.”

“My daughter can't wait to get to the next test! Really helping her with her revision. Only criticism is the pages would be better loose leaf so you don't have to keep taking the book off her to give words to spell or to give mental maths questions.”

“I have just sterted using the maths test paper 1, it seems to be quite easy. Yes will hepl the pupils in low level to progress better. Some of the question are quite easy / difficult espically for the lower levels pupils. Generally the book is good. Thank you”
