Thank you for your review. It helps us to improve our customer service experience. Pat, Brexit is a shambles especially for Scotland, we voted 62% to remain! Remember, you did not pay UK VAT when you placed the order so what you paid were Eire VAT and import tax. Hopefully, Scotland will be back in the EU soon. Brian Sales Director

“The Executive Shaving Company, I’m happy with just about everything to be honest. The videos on products and also on shaving are very helpful. The prices are competitive and your order is dispatched asap. The free p&p only comes in at £75 if that could be lowered then that would be another plus for them..”

“I ordered my products via the Executive Shaving website it was very easy to find what I wanted and to pay for my purchase. I had confirmation of my order straight away and was kept up to date with when it would arrive. My order arrived within the time given and the products I ordered were well packaged and of the highest quality. “The products are great and could be bought from many places. But what makes this company outstanding is the excellent customer service. “Charming, hand-packed box of quality products. I chose Executive Shave Company after seeing the great shaving tutorial on YouTube. Only criticism is that the product aromas are all rather old-fashioned, particularly for us millennials.”

“excellent service and good communications, i recently purchsed one of thier own branded brush holders, small issue was that the Executive Shave Company logo was not central on the brush holder so minor quality issue on printing.”

“I recently bought a few items from you by phone call. The items were in stock and these were posted out to me and they arrived the following day. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and was able to comment on the items in question. “I've ordered twice for this company and can't speak highly enough. My partner got me a box set gift for Christmas. The Outlaw razor, brush etc. More recently I ordered oil, cream and blades. I suffered from terrible neck rash, red bumps and really annoying ingrown hairs that made shaving a nightmare. I've been shaving for 26 years and really wish I'd had a razor like the outlaw from day one. Not only is it great for the environment but I looked forward to shaving daily. I rarely get neck rash, irritated skin or ingrown hairs unless I rush or don't use the oil/cream combination. Plus I change the blade every 3rd shave and this keeps the skin very smooth. If you suffer from sensitive skin or Ingrown hairs I'd highly recommend the Outlaw razor with shaving oil and cream. Once I'd watched a few videos on how to shave with a DE razor and the correct technique it changed the way I viewed shaving. I'd does take a little practise and adjustment but worth the result.”
