“This review is in two parts. The first part concerns the ES Claymore with Pro-guard blades. I was bought a Claymore and blades for a Christmas present. By Christmas day I had not shaved for a week. My first experience with the Claymore was excellent. It went through my growth like a hot knife through butter. I have purchased many razors and blades from ES over the years. The Claymore is now my go-to razor. The second part of my review concerns customer service. I recently placed an order for Proraso Pre & post-shave cream 300ml pot size. Unfortunately, ESC was out of stock of this particular size and so were their suppliers. I received a voicemail message from Brian advising me of the above. Now with most companies, you would have to wait until the stock becomes available again. Not with ESC, They supplied me with 3 x 100ml pots and absorbed the extra cost themselves. This is first-rate customer service and the reason why ESC will continue to have my business. Many thanks, Brian.”

“I was having problems after Shaving, razor burn, and I asked Ally for advice on an appropriate after shave balm. Ally recommended moisturising Shaving balm and after using it cooled my skin down. I was most grateful for advice and the service getting the product out to me. It makes Shaving a more pleasurable part of my day. Thanks again.”

“My understanding is that the executive shaving company only sells synthetic shaving brushes. This is done for ethical reasons. I have found their products to be of high quality, they're competitively priced and their advised is always helpful.”

Hi Paul, thanks for your review - that's correct, back in November 2019 we decided to stop stocking and selling real badger hair shaving brushes after footage emerged of the conditions badgers were being kept in, as this did not sit well with us ethically and morally. “Really pleased with the quality of service. Opted for standard delivery of 3-5 days and even though it was a late placed order, I still had the products in my hands 2 days later. I used the company last Christmas for gifts, and decided to go back for my own personal shaving stuff after seeing how good the brands were, and to be honest, I think you’ll struggle to find a better shaving/grooming shop in Scotland. Keep it up!!”

“Fastest ever delivery to Thailand, only 5 days from order. The Geo Trumper coconut shaving cream is way better than Proraso which itself is nowhere near bad. Also loving the Castle Forbes after shave Balm, which in my opinion is better than Citrus Kiss, but once again absolutely nothing wrong with CK which I will continue to use. The prompt service from Ex Shav is beyond compare.”

“The Executive Shaving company is my number one go to retailer for select shaving products. The product range they have is great and vast. Boasting some wonderful and unique products that I absolutely love, then they have there own amazing product range. It battles many premium brand products for the top spot despite their range only new to the market in comparison so others running from the 1800’s. I always deal with the team directly and just about every order I interact with them and there service is outstanding, something which only a few companies within the industry can claim this, as I now deal only with select few and ESC really tops that list. I have dealt with many of the major players in the wet shaving world & the service can’t be beaten!! I have been wet shaving for a number of years now but my knowledge has grown quick thanks to Brian and the team, other exclusive Facebook group like the ESC diamond club and I know within the wet shaving community my opinions written hear are echoed by many because of the outstanding service where they go above and beyond for every single person they come into contact with.
