“Good service but I wish the website was a bit less obtrusive. While just browsing around and looking at the products, you constantly get bombarded with pop-ups, e.g. "Don't leave the website! Here's a discount code", "Sign up to our newsletter" etc. To be honest, I was very close to getting annoyed enough to order somewhere else.”

Hi Nigel, thanks for your review. We try to remain as competitive with pricing as possible. We have an eBay shop and we do not sell cheaper there, the prices are consistent with our own website pricing.

“Always had great service from them, they are a UK (they would probably prefer Scottish) company and stock good products some of which are made in the UK, not tested on animals, etc. They seem to have a decent ethical policy including not selling badger hair brushes. Cheers!”
