“I love the product, the shipping is a bit of a hassle though. I’m 1 month from purchase and I still haven’t received the product. Apparently US customs in Louisville have decided they like the Shaving Balm as well and have kept it.”

“Great products, but very disappointed to see how much polystyrene (i.e. plastic) filler packing was in the box - this filler is not recyclable. Would be a 5-star review with recyclable filler packaging.”

Thanks for your review. We try to do as much as we can to reduce our environmental footprint. The filler we buy is 100% biodegradable and will dissolve in water. Any non-biodegradable filler we use is second hand from suppliers deliveries to us. We try to reuse this rather than throwing it out.

“Pros: You are professional and courteous. Delivery was quick and without problems. As someone that is just starting out using safety razors, I planned my purchase based off of recommendations You made on Your Youtube channel and I must say they were all on point. Following Your Youtube guide on using safety razors, and using Your products (Timor safety razor, pre-shave oil, shaving cream, shaving balm, shaving brush), I'm glad to say I've just had the most satisfying shaving experience so far. Cons: Brexit did you no favours. The import fees were a hard blow but to Your credit, You did not charge VAT, so all in all I can say the purchase was worth the price in the end. Some of the items (the shaving balm) were slightly damaged upon opening the package (nothing critical, merely cosmetic). I can't say, if that is on You or not but I suppose it might be worth mentioning. All in all I'd like to thank You for a pleasant and effortles shopping experience and introduction into the world of safety razors and quality shaving. I wish You success in Your future endeavors!”

“Its the second time I make a purchase from the Executive Shaving Company and I’m always very satisfied with both the products and the service. Only room for improvement regarding the latest delivery would be the packaging of the Safety razor (Restored Gillette Fatboy) which was to large without enough filling material leading to razor moved around a lot during transportation. No damages have been spotted though.”

“Great range of products and expert help. Can be a little pricey on some items compared to the competion and you always have to pay postage on top of your order value. I usually order via the website so have only a little experience with direct communication. But when I do, customer service is usually very good indeed.”

“Positives: Timely, Neat (the tin packaging the matter came in), Good Quality Products Negative: Was charged a little more money than what was said. I think it was the exchange rate. No big deal, just wish I was told before I purchased.”
