I placed an order on 3 October for a birthday present for my husband. I received a shipping confirmation the same day, but when I contacted them 3 days later to check whether there was a tracking number it turned out my order hadn't been shipped after all as one item was out of stock. To be fair they offered to send the items that were in stock separately but I think it could have been clearer on their website that the item I ordered wasn't actually in stock and I don't know why they sent me a confirmation that the order was shipped when it actually hadn't been. I placed the order on 3rd October and only received it on 18th October (10 days after it was needed) so not great and for this reason I probably wouldn't use them again.

Orders always on time, good selection of products, competitive prices but after sales could do a better job. Once let me complete my order and was notified after that item not in stock- a bit confused why it let me purchase that item. Last order shaving cream pot not filled properly- a lot missing and was told it was normal ( like I ordered shaving cream for the first time). Customer service wanted to show me some photos that this was normal but unfortunately forgot where they are and couldn’t find them. Overall not bad but could improve in a few places.

Ordered, received within no time. That's how it should be. But it comes at a price compared to other online shaving shops. I did get the Mühle stainless with the first time discount, so no complaints here!

Hi, Mr Mulreany is always very kind and proffessional but concerning post & packages there are some disadvantages though. Either I got a broken package despite I declared it was to be a gift* to my son, or there is none or poor/unclear information about the delivery. It was not my intention to complain at the first place but since you send me an email I did after all. Beeing an EU member customer it’s even more delicate since you have to pay a lot more compared to begore brexit. You sadly don’t but from UK any more unless you have to. Hi Anders, thanks for your review. When your order is processed we send an email with tracking information on this. We also made sure that the item was marked as a gift on the invoice. I can see that your order arrived in Sweden 3 days after it left our warehouse. It was held in customs for 6 days prior to being released and delivered. This delay is an issue caused by Brexit and we are not in control of the time spent in customs or the Swedish postal service. Best wishes Ally

Hi Georgios, thanks for your review. We do offer two options for shipping to Germany, one with the postal service and one with UPS. UPS is more expensive but it is a quicker service and fully trackable.

Good products, great knowledge, reasonable prices, great delivery. But very little progress on removing plastics from products, which is one of the reasons I changed to wet shaving with a traditional safety razor rather than cartridge razors. I recently purchased a bulk load of Feather blades which were described on the website as being delivered in cardboard outer. What the website failed to say, was that the cardboard outer packaging is only used to hide the substantial plastic boxes used to package the razor blades in 10’s.

Thank you for your review. We offer a plastic-free variety pack of safety razor blades, the SKU is ESC009425. Trust me, we try to do as much as we can to reduce our environmental footprint. We only buy biodegradable filler. Any non-biodegradable filler we use is second hand, from suppliers deliveries to us, rather than throw it out we reuse it. We also reuse boxes when we can, we changed our light elements to the latest more economical and green versions available, we switch PCs off at night, we switch lights off in the office and warehouse as soon as we can and leave the lights off as long as we can. We even use paper tape instead of plastic tape whenever we can. Finally, we recycle all paper and cardboard. We do what we can to be as green as possible.

Only used it once so far and it did stop a skin flare-up materialising. But the main problem I have is your prices. With postage and packing, the 2 products I bought from you cost me £34. This is very expensive. A third of that would have been plenty. Going forward I expect you to significantly reduce your prices and give your customers value for money

You bought a 200ml tub of fragrance-free shaving cream and a 150ml can of fragrance-free aftershave balm both of which are made in small batches of only 500 to ensure quality. You mention this combination stopped a 'skin flare up' which is good. Yes, you can buy cheaper products elsewhere but they will be filled with cheaper ingredients and likely smaller sizes too as most shaving creams come in at 150ml and most balms 100ml. Postage has to be paid for one way or another by the customer on orders under £75.00 we cannot send orders free of charge without going bust. Summing up, you paid for two very high-quality items which worked for you, that's surely a good thing? Best wishes Brian Sales Director

Items bought as gift. Disappointed at lack of display box and rough & ready standard of packing, especially as it was labelled as "anniversary".

We specifically do not mention the razor comes boxed, instead, we include a real leather case which is surely more useful than a throw-away box? As well as the leather pouch, I assume we included some free razor blades? You mention rough and ready packaging, tell me please, did the items purchased arrive in pristine condition? The scent doesn’t last more than an hour, please do an eau de parfum as it does smell really good but too short lived for me, good service however! Still not convinced that the aftershave name means outlaw 🤣🤣

Thank you for your review. This is an aftershave NOT a cologne, EDP or EDT. It costs £16.00. It is designed to refresh and tone the skin after shaving. The scent from an aftershave is only meant to last a short time. If we added more perfume it would burn freshly shaved skin. We have two EDP's Lomond and Munro and the scents from the EDPs lasts substantially longer, price £35.00.
