“I started with a question that was quickly answered by your team; I then ordered a couple of items which were quickly shipped. For whatever reason, the incorrect parts were shipped. Upon notification, your team shipped the correct items quickly and at your cost, with apologies. Knowledge, pride and cooperation with the buyer. Great company !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for your help !!!!!!!!!”

“The batteries I ordered were shipped and received in a very timely manner. The batteries were well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. They were installed in the exit lights in our local VFW where I am currently the Commander. Thank you !”

“For my second order I discovered that, while certain features were touted, I had to make option selections that I thought were advertised as included. Like the self testing and remote head capabilities on the emergency lights. I didn't think that that was made clear on the web site. I'm also not sure I have a solid answer as to the battery increased power that would seem necessary in the units that offer the capability for remote heads.”
