“ordered a lit exit sign with battery back up. arrived with out the battery , they never resolved the issue.”

Hello Renzo. Per our records, we show you contacted us about your concern on 2/18, letting us know you had received a unit with no battery. We asked for an image to verify as we send all of out battery backup units with batteries. On 2/20 we received an image showing the back of the combo unit and we replied back explaining that the battery is wrapped in yellow plastic located on the bottom right corner. We also included a video on how to access the battery. Please take in mind that we received responses from 2 different email addresses. Perhaps our responses are located in the other email inbox. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may further assist you.
