“Searched the previous item number from a previous order from 3 weeks earlier. Said it was an incorrect number. So I sent an email with item code I wanted to Exit light to tell them this does not show up, but it is what I need. They provided a code that was supposedly equivalent. Emergency light fixtures came, but they were not the self test ones, as the last order. We are under deadline for replacement, and we went ahead and used them anyway! Be careful!”

Hi Brian, We're sorry to hear about the problem with your second order with us. As you can see from our other reviews, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. I do see an email correspondence where our Customer Service Representative stated : Put "EL-W2" in the search bar and then choose the Operation Type “Battery Backup + Self Testing”. Looking at your order, you selected and paid for Battery Backup Units, without selecting the Battery Backup + Self-Test feature. We apologize this caused an inconvenience, but we did send you the units that were ordered. Unfortunately the project deadline didn't give us the opportunity to return those fixtures and send you the ones you intended to purchase, where we're sure you would have given us a 5 star review. Thanks Brian.
