“The Team at Express Promo are incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient! We purchased our second batch of pens from them and the whole process was effortless from start to finish. “Ordered pens for our guesthouse. The price, quality and service were all 5 star. Great communication. Items arrived very quickly - only 10 days from placing the order to receiving the order; and we are in a rural area! Will definitely use Express Promo again.”

“Express promo are amazing operators, however Aramax freight carriers let down your service. Currently been waiting 15 days for a box of pens.”

“i had some pens done for a conference i was attending - i recieved them in a sufficient amount of time - however the quality of the printing on the pens was so bad i was unable to use them and give them out. i contacted your customer service and made a complaint - was asked to send in pics of the poor quality - which i did - but heard nothing back - will not use this service again.. not good enough really”

“Can't recommend the Express Promo team enough. I had an extremely short timeframe to get promotional gear for an event. The team got it sorted, worked with me and I had the merch in less than a week. The client's absolutely loved the merch as well. Thanks so much team.”
