“The malachite palmstone is even more stunning than its photo. I was attracted to the whorls on the overseas and I place it next to my heart every day(suffered broken heart syndrome as a 3yr old) and the Petrovsky shungite also accompanies me daily.”

“The dioptase pendant is beautiful. The picture did not do it justice, as it has flashes of blue inside when the light hits it. So happy with it!”

“Many of the crystals received had significant inclusions. The bracelets were extremely small as well. I had high hopes but I’ll be shopping elsewhere.”

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the items didn't meet your expectations. We do want to note that several crystals in this order were discounted due to their natural inclusions, and every piece is individually photographed so customers can see exactly what they'll receive before purchasing. We reached out privately to make this right, but haven't heard back yet. Please check your inbox whenever you're ready, we'd love the chance to help. We take every concern seriously and are always here to ensure a positive experience.

“A magnificent, powerful, over 4 lbs of three plus colors of quartz crystals glowing with inner light. Shows beautifully from any side. Arrived a day earlier than expected, carefully packed in double boxes and lots of cushioning material. Thanks to John, and your wonderful team for making my crystal dreams come true. Margaret P.”

“This was my first purchase from Exquisite Crystals and it definitely won't be my last! The crystals are stunning and they will make beautiful gifts for my friends. My only regret is that I'm too far away for an in-store shopping visit! Thank you for your excellent service and follow-up. You make me feel like one of the family!”
