Money gabbing pigs ! You buy product next thing you know they charge you monthly subscription £59 ! Without your consent! Avoid at all cost . I paid via pay pal so didn’t have to fill up my details and they sign me up . Clearly have a deal with pay pal .

Fabletics will not refund you for items they lost!!!!! They also pretend that they already refunded you. Also all their orders get delayed by weeks for shipment and what's the point of offering a replacement when they will cancel it...or wait basically a month later for it

Terrible company. They make it very unclear that you're signing up for a monthly subscription plan of £55, and all the agreements are hidden in the small print. No one needs that much athletic wear! And they refuse to issue refunds on these payments. Do not use!

This is a scam company. They will do whatever it takes to auto suck money from your account. Their entire business model relies on this and not their product.

This is the shittiest customer service I have ever experienced. After three weeks of placing the order, there is no update on the delivery. whenever I call them they tell a different story. I placed a 44$ order and I don't have the money nor the clothes. I do not recommend it to anyone. Shittiest thing ever. I saw some comments on Reddit saying for some people it took more than two months to receive the order. Very frustrating.

They canceled my order, all i got was a lousy email, why no phone call!!!??? Now they want to review my account (34-48) hours. I needed these pants for a wedding and now I’m screwed because it’s 3 days away! The representative didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t pass me to higher management, just kept repeating the same BS about my email. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, none even Walmart is this bad!

Fabletics Here is my experience with Fabletics VIP-client membership. I am no longer interested in doing business with this company. In May 2023 I had 11 or 12 credits totaling $689.42 and 785 reward points. On May. 30,2023 I called Fabletics 1 (844) 322-5384 to verify credits available and account status. This information 11/12 credits and 785 reward points was confirmed ✅. After updating my account information I was never told that my credits were about to expire. 7/14/23 I called Fabletics after trying to place an order on this call I was told I had 0 credits and 0 reward points. The person who was helping me kept saying there was nothing she could do to return any of the money spent I had spent as a VIP-client. After pleading for some type of compensation she got cleared to give me 3 credits back and 785 reward points. Three credits ($179.85) On 7/14/23 I ordered 3 items the same day to avoid forgetting to use the credits. 3 credits is roughly $179.85 returned of $689.42 spent as a VIP-client That means I lost $509.57 Today 8/1/2023 I called to determine if my shipment was delivered and it turns out the Apartment number on the package was incorrect 1 instead of 101. According to the representative on 7/29/23 My shipment of the items was returned to sender 7/29/23 for insufficient address. On the call Dawn helped me and stated my order would be shipped back to me with the correct apartment number however one of the items would not be sent to me . I asked why all three items would not be sent back, the rep had just stated the package had not been received back fully only on its way. She restated only two items would be sent and I would receive credit for the 3rd item. I asked how come a package that has not been restored back into their inventory could not be fulfilled. Why would they remove an item. The explanation was in circles I highly suggest against a membership that indicates VIP-client status and can’t fulfill orders properly for VIP-client memberships.

This company is all about taking your money and looping you into sales you cannot back out of. They messed up on multiple orders of mine and their costumer service was non-existent when I needed assistance. After multiple attempts and over a month of messages and 2 phone calls to the company, I still never received my order. When they finally tried to issue a re-order, it was the wrong items. The jacket I did receive, the stitching was all messed up. And they barely attach the tags so if they accidentally get ripped off, you cannot make a return. Slimy business all about the $$. After they messed up on 3 orders in a row, I was done.

Very possibly the worst run company I have experienced. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Let me break it down. 1. The shorts do not fit. If you have a booty, skip this brand. 2. I sent an email to cancel after my PayPal was charged for the membership that they auto-subscribe you to. They have charged me 3 additional times since then. I wish I add screen shots to prove my emails and requests to cancel on social media. I literally had to delete my credit card and PayPal to stop them from charging me. $200 later all I have to say is, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

On the Fabletics site when you place an order the site itself informs you several times that it will sign you up to their VIP membership for £49.00 per month. To all the people who cry fraud when they see the charge you need to take responsibility for your own actions and actually read the T&Cs (thats why they're called T&Cs!). I work in a bank fraud team and we get calls to about this charge quite often and we always ask the customer "Did you read the T&Cs so you know what you are agreeing to?" The answer is usually always a resounding "No". We then simply advise the customer to contact the retailer for refunds as the bank can't do anything about it as it's not fraud.

I was a longtime Fabletics customer. Last year, my Fabletics account was hacked and my credit card information compromised as someone placed an order of a large amount to someone by a different name in an entirely different state. This went completely undetected and I had to contact Fabletics which resulted in a suspension of my original account. I was told to open up another account under a separate email address. I waited until this year to do so and my order was promptly rejected stating I had an account under a different email address. I contacted customer service by chat and telephone for several weeks to try and get my account reopened. Every single person I spoke to gave different information if they could even find my account to begin with. It was incredibly unhelpful, time consuming and ultimately resulted in throwing my hands up, giving up and bringing my business elsewhere. Customer service has gone totally downhill and there don’t seem to be proper and consistent protocols in place (and if there are - customer service reps haven’t a clue as to what they are). If customer service is important to you, I’d avoid this company.

Customer service is terrible! They promised a return label so we could return a product, label was never sent. I'm sadly still calling looking for the label, only to hear it's over 45 days now and a return can not be processed. They have a monthly $50.00 fee which is definitely not clear. It's too bad their product was good but we will never shop there again. We are out $109.89 for ordering a $9.99 product. Be careful when you order online!

I ordered some shorts and khakis on 21 November and the tracking number showed the shipping label was created 23 November. After a week I noticed the tracking number still showed it hadn't even been shipped so I called. They said it had been shipped through Pitney Bowes and would be there 10 December at the latest. When I checked with Pitney Bowes it showed the same as USPS, the shipping label was created but the item never shipped. On 10 November I called and they told me to wait until 13 November. I waited and no dice. When I called they told me they would reship my order, but the pants were now put of stock. When I asked them to provide rush shipping so I didn't have to wait another 14+ business days they said they couldn't do that. Both shipping sites still showed the package never shipped and the company did NOTHING to make it right. Horrible business practice.

Fabletics is not transparent about fees. They charge you a VIP membership fee if you don't purchase a certain amount each month. The membership fee is about $50 and they do not make this fee clear beforehand. I also tried to cancel my VIP account online and wasn't able to because when I tried to log into my account it said that "there was not account associated with my email". When I called their customer service they were not kind and have obviously had this issue with other customers in the past. I will not be purchasing from this company again, and I suggest that you don't either.

The products vary from being really good quality and nice items, to not that great! The intro offer is amazing, but then the prices are expensive. The commitment to either buy or skip each month is something you need to diarise as if you miss a date you are charged £44 regardless. You can use as a credit but it’s not that straightforward. If you want to cancel your membership you have to call them.

The prices are really high, but the products are amazing. The leggings are thick, so when you sweat it doesn't show as much. The designs are super cute too!
