“I ordered some shorts and khakis on 21 November and the tracking number showed the shipping label was created 23 November. After a week I noticed the tracking number still showed it hadn't even been shipped so I called. They said it had been shipped through Pitney Bowes and would be there 10 December at the latest. When I checked with Pitney Bowes it showed the same as USPS, the shipping label was created but the item never shipped. On 10 November I called and they told me to wait until 13 November. I waited and no dice. When I called they told me they would reship my order, but the pants were now put of stock. When I asked them to provide rush shipping so I didn't have to wait another 14+ business days they said they couldn't do that. Both shipping sites still showed the package never shipped and the company did NOTHING to make it right. Horrible business practice.”
“Fabletics is not transparent about fees. They charge you a VIP membership fee if you don't purchase a certain amount each month. The membership fee is about $50 and they do not make this fee clear beforehand. I also tried to cancel my VIP account online and wasn't able to because when I tried to log into my account it said that "there was not account associated with my email". When I called their customer service they were not kind and have obviously had this issue with other customers in the past. I will not be purchasing from this company again, and I suggest that you don't either.”
“The products vary from being really good quality and nice items, to not that great! The intro offer is amazing, but then the prices are expensive. The commitment to either buy or skip each month is something you need to diarise as if you miss a date you are charged £44 regardless. You can use as a credit but it’s not that straightforward. If you want to cancel your membership you have to call them.”

“Great customer service department with 24hr access. I also am fairly happy with the products. The last pair of shoes I ordered did come with a defect, but customer service helped me with the return. I was also charged the wrong amount for a top, but again customer service said they would refund the correct amount. So not a 5 star experience, but still good.”
