But much more concerning was the lack of tracking information and the courier who left my parcel to the elements without even putting a card through the door. I've no idea how long the parcel was abandoned.”

We do send all our deliveries using the Royal Mail tracked service and an email would have been sent to you with your tracking details but unfortunately, some emails do end up in spam folders. I can see Royal Mail left a photo of your parcel left at your doorstep. This is a really frustrating issue that I am sure most people have experienced with most couriers. We have tried using different courier services over the years and now use Royal Mail exclusively as we had more issues with other couriers than we experience with Royal Mail.
Thankfully your order was ok on this occasion and you have hopefully enjoyed your fabrics 😊
