“Great service, brilliant that you send free samples, this enabled me to pick 2 different types and order and have them delivered without traipsing around shops trying to imagine what they would look like.”

“Shocking service. Half the flooring arrived broken. They said they’d arrange next day delivery replacements. Didn’t hear anything back, then it became the day after. Here I am 3 days later STILL without the replacement products! AVOID!”
